Why you ask?. Its so sad that we live in a world with people who truly have no work ethic... This new generation of service is out of touch and end up at your local "Best Buy" I am not one to complain and generally practice patience and tolerance. But... In this particular instance i must "Yelp" my dissatisfaction with this local establishment.

I was taught to ask questions. Don't talk to much and listen twice as much. We have 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason. Best Buy i will never ever ever support your business ethic. Get it together soon. Your stock is in the dirt for a reason and "Amazon" is doing well thanks to you. Best Buy i am not angry anymore and maybe someone with any common sense at your main office reads this and even cares.

This is what happens when you get people off commission and there's no incentive to try harder.
