Highly recommend the Cat's Pajamas

I was a little skeptical given its in an older little pink house on a busy corner but inside it is clean and bright. The cats have comfy cages and while its not home, you will see when you walk in that they are all calm and usually napping peacefully! I have taken my cat numerous times and all has gone well. The staff has always been polite and Laura, the owner, could not be nicer. If anything, she is a little too crazy about cats which you've got to be to do what she does! The parking is difficult...they have a paved area in front of the house but it is small and right on the corner so difficult to manuever in. I always park on Sierra Madre around the corner when I go. My only complaint is that their hours are limiting..M-F only open until 5:30 with a lunch break, Saturdays until 3, and Sundays only 8AM-noon. This has resulted in my cat staying some extra time when we can't get back in time to pick him up so I suppose it means more money for them. But their prices are very reasonable to begin with and the care is great so we manage to work around the inconvenient hours.

Great Peace of Mind

We have two older cats who are very shy and they love going to the Cat's Pajamas. The staff there "spoils" the boys and we have a hard time taking them home afterwards, because they love the staff so much. Friendly, Knowledgeable and Affordable. We live 15 miles away and have "kennels" closer, but drive because they are the best!

The cat's meow

The ladies at Cat's Pajamas work out of a small house, and the resident kitties roam around freely in the front office. The kennels in the back of the house are very clean, and my cat always comes back well-fed and groomed. Definitely worth the $15 a day for my state of mind.
