Bakery hit or miss?. I have been going to fedricos for over 18 years. I choose them because I can take in a napkin or drawing and get just about anything I would like. Not many bakery's can do this for there price. They are a little expensive when you get in to customizations but well worth in the end I hold about 4 parties a year and use them at least 2. I would NEVER use them for a wedding, or Special Adult event. But for kids, Work, or a general party they are a big hit and a decent cake.

Mediocre bakery, terrible customer service. Individual baked goods and cookies were stale-perhaps a few days old. The employees were very rude (eye rolling and snappy) with the customers. There isn't anything good about this place considering that Pasadena has so much more to offer in terms of baked goods for the price Federico's charges. I would definitely try Mi Piace's (bakery section), Aux Delices, or Europane. There are also many sad stories online about how they mess up cakes and give their customers a hard time. Don't take that chance on your special occasion.

Great cake. We got my neice's birthday cake from here and everyone at the party loved it so much we went back for the cake for my other sister's baby shower. The second cake was just as delicious as the first, and the prices were very reasonable. Federico's has loyal customers in my family now.

Disappointed. We used Fererico's for our wedding. We picked up samples of three types our cakes and they were very good. We made our choice of the type of cake we wanted. We paid them extra for the cake to be delivered at 5:30. We also paid for them to set the cake up for us. Well, they delivered the cake several hours early and they wouldn't set the cake up.

When the cake was served it wasn't nearly as good as the samples we had tried.

We wrote them after the wedding with our complaints and they never responded. I wouldn't use them for your wedding. We were very disappointed.

Great Cakes. Federicos made my wedding cake and baby shower cake. Both were delicious at a great price. And we recieved numerous compliments on how good they were.
