Buy your volvo somewhere else. I walked in ready to buy a new car, but I ended up leaving and buying my car at another Volvo dealership. The salesperson at Rusnak Volvo was absolutely rude and unprofessional. He was pushy and called me stupid because I wanted the car at a certain price (I ended up buying the car for even less!). Then, he started to grab the piece of paper that I was holding, saying that he wanted to see what sort of research I had done on the car. Never mind it wasn't research. Although others in the dealership could overhear this salesperson raising his voice and acting hysterically, no one -- including the manager -- stepped in. Apparently, this is not an unusual occurence @ Rusnak.

There should be a rating lower than "Not Recommended" for this place!

DO NOT BUY AT RUSNAK VOLVO. I recently went to Rusnak Volvo to purchase a vehicle. The salesperson and manager were rude and aggressive. They also tried to play too many number games with the price.

For example, the salesperson kept adding in an extra fee for an option that I told him that I didn't want. He said that this fee would be discounted at a later point???

I also stated a price that I would be willing to pay for the vehicle. He said that it was crazy and that he didn't like dealing with people who were not logical. Basically, he was calling me stupid.

In the end, I did buy a Volvo, but from another dealer...and at an even lower price than I had requested from Rusnak. Save your time and money, DO NOT BUY AT RUSNAK VOLVO.
