Good in house demos and a very helpful staff. They are knowledgable and will help with designing your new 2ch or 8.2ch home theater. They primarily sell Pioneer (including the Elite line) and Denon. No Marantz, not yet anyway. Even after delivery they will help with TV calibration and upgrades.

The staff of this store is very knowledgable and always willing to help the neophyte learn about top quality equipment. Sure, there are places to buy cheaper equipment, but for the mid- to high-end equipment they sell, their prices are very fair and they will work with you to put together a good deal.
Pros: quality products, helpful staff, fair prices
Cons: store a little small, they close early
