great food, big meaty hoagies, great price, great chicken avocado club, favorite meal, favorite cheltenham, the juicy fixins
Chicken Hoagie is the Best quick sandwich for me.
I love their Chicken Hoagie sandwich. I get it with just lettuce tomato and a little mayo and ask them not to cut it (so I can eat while driving :-) It is amazing and it is satisfying.
The owner's name is Shahan and he is a great guy, knows everyone on a first name basis. At noon, give yourself some time or order ahead, good food long lines go hand in hand.
Must try...
THE BEST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD!!. I loved everything about it. I like the feeling that you're at home eating you're favorite meal. Everybody there treated you like you were family. I recommend this to EVERYBODY!!
Home of the delectable chicken hoagie.
I live and work close to this place, and it was become a spot where I eat quite often and have been coming to for years.
The chicken hoagie is house special sandwich and it is very tasty. It is made with marinated dark meat chicken grilled and served in a hoagie roll. Lettuce, tomato, mayo, and a sweet grilled onion relish top it off. It's a great alternative to burgers and a lot healthier too. The chicken salad is made with the same chicken from the chicken hoagie is good choice for the health conscious. Other item that are good are the Lee's special sandwich which has cheese variety of lunch meats with cheese and a tangy onion/pepper relish.
Lee's also has a very affordable breakfast menu with what you would expect to pay considerably more for at Denny's. This place is a can't miss and the prices are right.
Best Sandwiches in Town. These guys know how to make a good sandwich. The House Special: Chicken Hoagie is fantastic and will fill the hungriest of men. The chicken avocado club is also great, as are the zucchini fries. The breakfast protein burrito is great for the health nuts. The menu has many great choices and the food is consistently great. I wish they were open during dinner hours.
Worth the trip. Elmer Dills has been here several times according to an article posted on the wall. I had the cheesesteak sandwich and it was good. I don't think I would order it again, but my wife's veggie sandwich was awesome. The chairs are plastic lawn furniture which I find more comfortable than Subway's furniture. The beer selection is poor, which leads me to believe that they don't sell a lot. Lee's is a nice casual place to grab a bite to eat.
"Hoagie heaven". Lee's Hoagies is a great local sandwich place that serves up big meaty hoagies with the all the juicy fixins'. My favorite is the Cheltenham with their special hot pepper sauce. Other good choices are the roast beef and the turkey with avocado. One draw back is their hours,. They aren't open past 6pm on weekends, and close at 7pm on weekdays...so unless you eat at regular dinner hours, you'll have to opt for lunch. Great food, a tad pricey...but worth it.
