BEST CHINESE FOOD IN LOS ANGELES... HANDS DOWN!. Finding amazing Chinese food in Los Angeles is a tough prospect. Everything is fresh and delicious. Everything! Best Kung Pao I ever had. The string beans are fresh and amazing. The dumplings, wonton soup, honey glazed walnuts, mu shu, egg rolls... all amazing. Only weak spots so far have been the fried rice which was kind of wet and the bbq ribs which were fatty and had a gooey sauce. Otherwise, everything I've tried, and I've tried most of the menu, has been astounding.
