excellent. I enjoy coming here when the sun isn?t strong enough to tan or I don?t have time to sit outside for an hour.. a quick 25 minutes in one of these beds and your good to go! I would suggest using lotion for the first couple times to avoid getting burnt and then switch to a bronzer to help you get darker
