change of ownership-New name is Nishi-Ya. very small restaurant in a strip mall. the owner is Kenji Nishimura. he is the sushi chef. He only serves sushi or rolls. He is open everyday the wholesale fish markets are opened. Closed on Sunday.

No Frills But Very Friendly & Quick. Conveniently located near the Burbank Rancho district, this small sushi restaurant is definitely no-frills but the friendly and speedy service is great if you're looking for a quick dinner.

First Impressions. This restaurant is in the corner of a mini shopping strip, definitely opposite from anything glamorous. But it is a nice small everyday restaurant run by Japanese people.
