Hot Wings Cafe - What a great experience

I've been going to Hot Wings for years since i work in the neighborhood. I abosolutely love everything about the place.

The wing are great as well as other menu items. Customer service is outstanding - extremely friendly waitresses and the gentleman that would be considered the 'bus boy' is friendly. They alway greet with a smile and I always feel very welcome.

Go...enjoy!!! :)

Disappointing Experience, will NOT be returning

If i could rate this with a negative star I would. This is my experience at this place today:

I was looking forward to take out at Hot Wings Cafe in Glendale not expecting to change my mind when i got there. Along the way to the restaurant, I picked up my niece and I was going to treat her since she was craving hot wings. When we got to the restaurant, I told the cashier that I had order wings to go but I had decided to stay and dine in. To my amazement he said I couldn't do that because it wouldn't be fair to his waitresses. I stood there in disbelief and thinking "what the hell is this guy talking about". I asked him for his manager and he said he "WAS" the manager. I said, "did I hear you right?" I can't eat hear because "WHAT" is not fair to your waitresses? He's answer didn't make any sense and I said fine, it looks like you prefer your waitresses over your customers. What a fine welcome for a first time customer to this Cafe. I was there on 11/11/09 at around 5:49 PM. and it was server 0006. He was a young immature guy. I WILL NEVER return to this place EVER. I wish I could get hold of the owners, I'm sure they would like to hear how this guy treats the customers. So I went a couple of doors down to a pizza place and had their hot wings. They were just like the ones at Hot Wings at a fraction of the price. DUMB ASS manager, thanks for directing me to your competition. I saved a bunch and had a great server. Is this discrimination or what?

Best Hot Wings in Town

I recommend any of the Hot Wings locations if you're a wing lover. I've yet to have any wings that come close to comparison. Service is usually good and hasty, real friendly especially once they get to know you.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service at this place STINKS!!!!!!!! My co-workers and I asked the guy at the register to split our bill by our purchases. He got upset and said he was only willing to split the bill evenly 3 ways, I told him that because of our meals varied in price that wasn't fair. At that time the waitress came over and the guy threw our bill and cash down on the counter told her to deal with us and stormed away.... the waitress apologized for the guy's actions and proceeded to tell us that was the owner and he is like that with everyone. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT HOTWINGS CAFE!!!!

• Cons: parking, bad customer service

Hardly worth it

The wings are small and overcooked. They are nice and hot/spicy, but getting the few small strips of meat off the bone is not worth the effort.
