Horrible Steer Clearn from Here!!!.
I visited David N Schultz today to try and resolve an issue I was having with regards to my deposit , I have been working with property Manager Eleanor Ras. I have made several attempts to contact her in regards to the deposit dilemma I was having, and got no response back despite leaving serveral messages. So my visit to the David N Schultz Glendale site goes as follows (based on the email I sent her that same evening):
You answered the phone page and told me you were looking up my file and then was disconnected, after about a few minutes of waiting I decided to go upstairs to try and speak to you personally and was greeted by your receptionist who called you and told you I was there, and you told her to tell me you were in a meeting, so from the time you told me you were going to pull my file to the time I went up stairs you were all of a sudden in a meeting? I dont buy it.
The Worst Customer Service Place I have ever encountered, Normally you want to keep your customers happy to provide the best form of advertising Word of Mouth that will not be working with me !!!
Steer Clear of David N Schultz unless you want to problems!!!
Will this company provide fair treatment to its residents?.
We have heard reports that in the Canterbury Apartments in Culver City, David N Schultz manages apartments that have not been repaired since 2003. A series of tenants are currently locked in a small claims court battle with the company for failure to return their security deposit in a timely fashion. We are hopeful David N Schultz will take the steps necessary to provide better and more fair treatment to its customers.
