HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SALES AND MECHANICS

NOT RECCOMMENDED...EVERYONE IN THIS PLACE IS A LYING SHYSTER! I BOUGHT MY VEHICLE THERE FOR INVOICE BC I BOUGHT IT AT THE END OF THE YEAR...HOWVER, WHEN I TRIED TO NEGOTIATE FOR A BETTER PRICE THEY HANDED ME OVER TO A SHARK WHO WAS VERY RUDE...

I TOOK THE CAR IN BC IT IS PULLING TO THE RIGHT..."STEVE" SAID THEY DID THE ALIGNMENT TEST AND EVEN CHECKED THE TIRE PRESSURE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS EVEN...NOPE! GOOD THING I ASKED TO DRIVE IT WITH THE MECHANIC....THE MECHANIC SAID THEY DID NOTHING BC HE AND THE MANAGER DROVE MY CAR AND COULDN'T FIND THE PULL. WELL, WE DROVE IT TOGETHER AND GUESS WHAT IT PULLS TO THE RIGHT!...I HAD TO GET MY BUTT UP EARLY TO DO THIS BEFORE WORK!!!!!! AND, HOPEFULLY, WHEN I PICK IT UP TODAY THEY ACTUALLY DID THE WORK....THANKFULLY, I DIDN'T SEND IN MY COMPANY REVIEW OF THIS PLACE YET...I'M DEFINITELY CALLING MAZDA CORP TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THESE GUYS!...ALSO, I'M NOT PAYING A CENT ON THIS FIX...BUT I AM PAYING FOR GAS AND INSURANCE ON THE RENTAL!!!!

• Pros: BUY AT THE END OF THE YEAR IF U WANT A MAZDA AT INVOICE.
• Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE IS BAD ABOUT THIS COMPANY...LYING LIARS!

Avoid 7 days a week

Scam artists. Thought I'd take my car in to the dealers for major maintenance because who would do it better than the dealer, right? Rrriight. Would have been better off doing NOTHING but a regular oil change. Same exact result, but without the $600 bill, the hassle, the wait, the unending spam mail and getting lied to repeatedly about the work "done" by a supposedly reputable dealer.

This deceitful, unscrupulous business (since citysearch won't let me call them their real name) will see not a penny from me ever again. 0 stars. Even the name is B.S... missing the 0 in front.

P.S. Hey, citysearch, how come 4 out of 6 people gave these thieves a rating of 1 out of 5, but your average is still 3.5? Did you let "0 Star Mazda" give itself a 15 star rating behind our backs?

Scammed me out of $1400!

They charged me $1400 in labor only and used the word "overhaul" on the repair invoice for my transmission.

Phil told me I had a warranty.

Turns out, I don't have a warranty because they never replaced a part.

I know now that In order to overhaul a transmission, you must replace at least the bolts that hold the transmission in place. They never replaced a part (not one!) therefore never overhauled my transmission but, oh boy, did they charge me for it!

That is fraud.

Gary the service manager is foolish for not making good on this issue.

Rick the mechanic doesn't know what he's doing, unfortunately. He wanted to replace my perfectly good clutch...even I knew the clutch wasn't the problem.

And Phil is dishonest and will let you down.

I have since paid nearly $3000 to have the car repaired properly at Galpin Mazda.

I have filed complaints evrywhere I can.

The Bureau of Automotive Repair did their best but couldn't get Gary to see how they mislead and scammed me.

It shouldn't be like this.

Dealers should be the BEST...but they are, without a doubt the lowest of the low.
