Found Greg on the site after my last CA
quit working for BMW.
Picked up a X1 35i on a 335i lease swap out last weekend. Communications was all via email, super responsive, found the car I wanted and everything was already done before I got to the dealership, was in and out in under 40 minutes. This is the way car shopping should be. Will be back when my lease is up. Thanks Greg

My wife wanted to get her dream car!
When I asked sher what she wanted, without a hitch she said a BMW. I married her because of her good taste, amongst other things. We went to Pacific BMW to "look" around and see what would be available to us. As we walked through the door, we met Artour S. He introduced himself and asked what we were looking for.
Let me tell you we spent the day with Artour looking over all our potential options. When I mean all day, I mean entered at 1:30pm and left with the car at almost 9pm. Mind you we didn't think we were going to walk out with one, but hey things happen for a reason!!!! While the day progressed we saw 3 series (lease/buy), used 5 series... etc. Once we saw our options we decided on a new 2011 5 series since they were looking to move these for the 2012's. Artour found one on the lot that was what we were looking for. It had all the options, color and general appeal. We felt that his service made the purchase of our new BWM worth while and would be willing to recommend him specifically to anyone looking to buy a new or used BWM. Thanks for making our time there memorable.

I am another happy customer of Greg Poland, just took delivery of a X6 from him today! I think he delivered total 5 cars today, but I don't feel I am being left out while I was there. He came checkup on me and told me what is going on. Greg has been very helpful since my first email and through the process of searching the car, explain the lease pull-ahead and finally closed a good deal on X6. During the process, we changed our mind on colors and options many times, Greg keeps great patience with our request and helped all he could in our email thread with 97 messages. I am thrilled to have him in the area that I can always go back for my next BMW.

Have owned eight BMW's over the years,
but our recent purchase of a '13 535i was the first BMW that we've purchased new. Lot of hesitation about buying new, but working with Greg on the ED delivery process was an absolutely positive experience. Working with someone that's experienced in the ED process is such an added plus, I don't even know where to start- as a funny aside, I had stopped at an Audi dealer several months ago to inquire about their ED program, and the salesperson gave me a puzzled look and then proceeded to ask me why I would want to buy and take delivery of a car here in CA, then have it shipped to Germany...oye!
With Greg-as mentioned above, he's had lot's of experience with the ED process, great communication with me throughout the entire process, very fair pricing offered that required ZERO negotiation/haggling, no BS when it came time to sit down and settle-up on the purchase transaction. Oh, and the dealership made me a more-than fair offer for my '06 M5 that I ended-up selling to them two months after purchasing the new 535i.
Bottom line- you can't go wrong working with Greg! Highly recommended, and I hope to have the opportunity to work with him in the future on another ED delivery.

Just got my Alpine White/Fox Red M3
through Greg Poland.
I first emailed him on Monday, looking for a pretty specific M3. He managed to find exactly what I was looking for and, over the course of 179 Emails, with an average response time of less than 2 minutes, we closed a very fair deal (much better than any of the Bay Area dealerships gave me) and got the car from Pacific BMW to me. Sadly, I never got to meet him in person throughout the process, but look forward to sometime in the future.
Zero BS, instant responses and went out of his way to find the color and option combination I wanted. (literally, he sent about 25 "How about this one?" emails!) Have the car and love it! Thumbs up for Greg.

Because my wife's car was getting old
and in the shop, we decided to get a new car. I contacted Greg last Thursday from the recommendations on this forum and we were able to get the deal done on Saturday. We had plans later on that evening and were in an out of the dealership with a car in 2.5 hours! The experience was completely straight forward and he made it easy and got a great deal.
Best car buying experience I've had and will recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

5 stars for Greg Poland @ Pacific BMW
Here's my reasons:
- I made a complicated purchase : European Delivery in Germany + PCD in South Carolina + out of state purchase - everything was flawless with Greg
- his price was very competitive, nothing even close in my state TX for the same car
- once I picked the configuration, he gave me detailed quote - no BS, no hidden fees
- final price was exactly as the initial quote, no surprises
- while the car was in transit, he even provided screen shots from his tool about the car's whereabouts
- he answered my emails even after office hours, from his phone, helped me out every time
- he followed up making sure everything went well during the deliveries
- practically bought the car over the email - how convenient is that !!!
Highly recommend him for BMW purchase (including European Delivery, Performance Center Delivery)
