It's kitschy and cute. They have mini-pies that are delicious.

- Pros: mmm pineapple coleslaw, rolls w/apple butter, tasty chicken
- Cons: once in a while they'll have an off-day
Great Chicken n Shrimp
by Leyvaman
Dinah's is definitely a favorite place of mine. I'm a fried chicken lover, and this place ranks at the top of my list. Not too greasy and good flavor! I'm not a fan of their fried fish, or their gizzards, but their shrimp...wow, if you haven't tried them, you should- they won't dissapoint. Their sides are ok, but it's the other stuff that makes me come back, again and again.
- Pros: Their fried chicken and fried shrimp are the best.
- Cons: Fried fish and chicken gizzards aren't worth a second try.
Terrible First Experience
by RominHawk
I've been living within 2 miles of this restaurant for the last 20 plus years; never tried them before -- the place never attracted me. End of 2007, Glendale News Press published Glendale?s best businesses, etc. and Dinah's were listed as one of the best. A week later I gave them a try; walked in, put in my order for about 5 people -- spent close to $29.00; took the food home very excited to eat the best. It was a burned, soggy, chicken parts, the fish sticks .. fishy and no great taste; the shrimps OK. One of the chicken boxes had a curly hair inside. It was a disgusting experience. I'll never go their, ever again.
Very very disappointed
