In Short – This A-framed eatery near the Glendale Galleria has catered to the area's multicultural, multigenerational crowd since 1977. Upscale diner decor--light wood furnishings replace traditional coffee shop Formica--is secondary to the American-Tex Mex menu. Popular orders include burgers, French dips, chicken Caesar and Cobb salads, and fajitas. Breakfast is the real draw: Overstuffed omelets, pancakes and chorizo-and-egg scrambles (served with secret-recipe biscuits) are all favorites. For bread connoisseurs, tabletop toasters make for carb ecstasy.

Breakfast is served all day. Expect a wait during peak hours on Saturdays and Sundays before 1:30pm.
Where to Sit:
For do-it-yourself bread prep, request one of the toaster-equipped booths around the restaurant's perimeter. Otherwise, snag a spot on the covered patio. It's both dog- and smoker-friendly.

Awesome Breakfast!

Our food came out on time and was prepared just right. I would recommend this place to a hungry person the portions are huge! Service as ok but the food made up for it! I’d go here again for sure.

This plays seems to always be open and they have a decent selection. Fro breakfast I always seem to be drawn to the lox and eggs because it is tasty.

Over priced and over rated!!!

Since I moved to the area eight years ago, I have tried many reataurants in Glendale. I've been to Foxys many times. Been there for breakfast, lunch and dinner, myself and with other people. It does have a nice warm atmosphere and I have always been treated well. That said, the food is only so so. The menu is huge and perhaps that is the problem. Breakfast is OK. I don't care for the toasters on the table, they look dirty and who knows what customers put in them. Salads are large but the greens don't look fresh. I ordered the hot turkey sandwich, served with dry over cooked turkey dry mashed potatoes and pasty gravy. I'm from Chicago and perhaps my exepction are too high. In fairness to Foxys it's not any worse then the rest of the other restaurants in boring, dull Glendale.
