favorite mexican style breakfast, best service, overpriced food, obviously angry server, great coffee, good price, good meal
Foxy's Restaurant in Glendale is best known for its food specialties. Another feature unique to Foxy's is that every table gets a toaster oven. Thus, you choose if you want your bread toasted and to what extent. Something fun to do while waiting for some of the most delicious food in Los Angeles to be prepared to order. Our breakfast has historically been our busiest time, but those who know us, come any day of the week, any time of the day. We're open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer the friendliest service, ample parking, made to order dishes, and an outdoor dining patio. So whether you're looking to dine alone or in a group, give Foxy's Restaurant in Glendale a try. We're located right across from The Americana. See you soon! …
Great Food and Good Prices. The food here is great amd the prices are great. Service is good and the place is really clean.
Awesome Breakfast!. Our food came out on time and was prepared just right. I would recommend this place to a hungry person the portions are huge! Service as ok but the food made up for it! I?d go here again for sure.
Convenient. This plays seems to always be open and they have a decent selection. Fro breakfast I always seem to be drawn to the lox and eggs because it is tasty.
Foxy's for lunch. This is a friendly place with good food selection and priced nice. Recommend it for lunch!
Over priced and over rated!!!. Since I moved to the area eight years ago, I have tried many reataurants in Glendale. I've been to Foxys many times. Been there for breakfast, lunch and dinner, myself and with other people. It does have a nice warm atmosphere and I have always been treated well. That said, the food is only so so. The menu is huge and perhaps that is the problem. Breakfast is OK. I don't care for the toasters on the table, they look dirty and who knows what customers put in them. Salads are large but the greens don't look fresh. I ordered the hot turkey sandwich, served with dry over cooked turkey dry mashed potatoes and pasty gravy. I'm from Chicago and perhaps my exepction are too high. In fairness to Foxys it's not any worse then the rest of the other restaurants in boring, dull Glendale.
Good pricing. A pretty big menu with quality iteams. You can go to Fox's anytime of the day it's always good.
Mediocre at best. I was waiting for a good 30 min before i was even greeted, then the messed up are order. The only thing that was a positive was the food
my favorite breakfast in Glendale. the waiters and waitresses are always really nice. they are totally kid friendly. its nice to see a family owned restaurant flourish. must have tried every breakfast on the menu..... I've never been disappointed.
Great Omeletts and Barbacoa ... Stick to the Exotic Breakfasts!. My wife and I live in Sylmar and drive to Glendale for Foxy's Chilli Relleno Omeletts and/or Barbacoa Breakfast. There's a reason why this place was voted best breakfast in 2007. If I want eggs and bacon, I'll make it at home. If I want a delicious Mexican style breakfast, I go to Foxy's. This place has Armenian bread which is great too. I love their coffee, which is made by Lingle Brothers. I guess everybody has their own taste when it comes to coffee, as I dislike Starbucks as it tastes burnt to me. There's no comparison to Denny's. It's all in what you order. I wouldn't order a Steak from any place that's open just for breakfast and lunch. This place rocks! You just have to have a logical mind when ordering. Most people get confused as the menu is diverse. Take a look at the cooks in the kitchen and get a clue on what to order!
Just another diner. I've only ever been to Foxy's for breakfast...and each time it's been like being squeezed into a sardine can. Apparently, people think it's the only place to eat breakfast in Glendale, or something. The breakfast choices are diner standards...the twist here is that you toast your own bread at the table. For me, it's pretty average.
