The service is excelent and very professional and honest.

My wife was there to sell some gold and she come back very happy. She went to five stores and this place give her the best prices for her gold.

Awesome. I got my girlfriend's ring re-sized here and they offered me a better price than the place that sold me the ring. Not only that, but they also did it in a day, instead of the 3 weeks the other place tried to make me wait. They have the best deals in town here, and any jewelry you can imagine. Wish I could give them 10 stars

Best & Honest Jewelry Store. I had gold to sell and Googled Jewelry Stores in Glendale. I found Bidrussian Jewelry and after reading the reviews i decided to stop there. Let me say that the reviews are 100% true about this place. They gave me the best price on my Gold and the customer service was great. I went around to see what i could get for my gold and no one came close to what Bidrussian Jewelry was offering. If any one has gold to sell this is the place to go. They were very honest and give the best price. Don't waste your time with other place. Go to Bidrussian jewelry store.

Superior Service. I too read all the great reviews on here and then I went out and got a couple of quotes (just to compare) on where to sell my gold. This was truly the best offer and most meticulous of calculations out of all of them. I walked in with a hand full of jewelry that was sitting around my house for YEARS! and walked out with twice as much cash than offered by two other places. Manail Bidrussian was so professional and really friendly. I have never done this before and I took a friend with me...she ran straight home and started looking for gold hanging around her house. I really enjoyed (yes you got it) my experience. This is the first place I will go to buy jewelry from now on! Oh and BTW... ladies although he's taken, he is really easy on the eyes too!

Go here... period!. I read all the great reviews on here and looked no further for a place to sell my old jewelry to. I walked in a couple days later (as soon as I got a chance) and mentioned that I heard about the place online. Manail was so upbeat and happy to hear that... I have never seen a jeweler so passionate and professional about his business.

There was absolutely no feeling of "Can I trust these people?..." Like others have written here, he looked at the jewelry I brought in, and went through it in a very clean and organized manner. I walked out with LOTS of cash. I am not sure I've ever experienced anything quite like it... and that jewelry was just hanging around at home, never being used. I almost felt like it was too easy.

They also have really nice taste, judging from the designs they had for sale. I will definitely be going there next time I want to buy a gift of jewelry for anyone.. men, women, and even kids... they had a wide selection for kids.

Don't bother looking up other places just to compare. Go here. They will take good care of you.

Fabulous experience. The owner was absolutely wonderful. We went to have my daughter's class ring reshaped (it was bent from carrying her luggage over time) and I Googled jewelry repair places in the area and read great reviews on Yelp. The owner gentleman took quite a bit of time to reshape the ring in our presence and did not even charge for the service. Definitely will recommend to all my friends.

Excellent Service. Firstly I give this jewelry store a 5 star for the excellent customer service and satisfaction I received. The owner of the store was courteous and understanding of my concerns for having a ring sized while I watched. This small jewelry store is a Diamond in the rough. I can't get over how well I was treated and how wonderful my experience was getting my engagement ring sized. I recommend them highly from now on to anyone who needs jewelry repair. The owner was honest, knowledgeable and prices were affordable. You can't go wrong with them...

You Can Trust All Reviews - SIMPLY EXCELLENT. It is so hard to find a place that won't take advantage of you these days. I am usually very weary of small jewelry shops because of the tendency to really mark up the prices...NOT the case here. The owner is great. He takes the time to show you anything, no pressure, SUPERB pricing; he really treats you like you are a long time friend, not just an average customer.

I didn't even buy anything too expensive, just a nice little bracelet for my wife, but he treated me as if I were purchasing thousands of dollars worth of diamonds.

What a breath of fresh air in such a greedy world. It's nice to know a place like this exists. I will be back for the next occasion most definitely. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Support a business like this one that deserves it!!!

btw - this is the first review I have ever written for any business online; I was so impressed with the service that I took the time to sign up and post, just for the sake of giving this guy some credit because he really deserves it!!!

best place to buy or bring your jewely for repair .. i was amaze how the outcome of my ring after it was repaired and cleaned ,the owner Manail Bidrusian treated me like a long time friend ,which is very hard to find in this days,very much satisfied with his service and i will highly recommend this store.
