I've been taking my mountain bike to Roy's Bicycle Land for a while now. Lee has always been very helpful and is very knowledgeable about bikes and all there components. I highly recommend this place to both professional and recreational bikers. In addition, we live in a demanding I want it fixed right now society. Maybe if you come in with a bad attitude it filters off to the servicer. Something to consider! Peace :)

BEST SERVICE I EVER HAD!

I went in to have my bike worked on I brought it out of the garage and it was all dusty and dirty and it did not really work all that good. So I decided it was time for some work to be done to it. So I took it down to my local bike shop to have it looked over. It took a little longer than I ecpected but when I got it back it looked brand new and worked better than new! I would highly recomend this bike shop to anyone who wants there old bikes to look nice and run smoother than new.

• Pros: excellent service, staff ride bikes themselves
• Cons: takes a while to get work done

Never Never Never give this place your business

WHAT AN @$$#0!e. The man who worked there was indeed rude and just an overall b@st@rd. dont go into this bike shop for any reason whatsoever.

I went to go purchase new tires for my bike and when they didnt have the brand i wanted the man recommended something "similar." luckily i looked at reviews online before i used them because apparently they are probably some of the worst tires on the market. they better return these tires when i go tomorrow because apparently using these tires are dangerous and costly. not to mention msrp is like 25 bucks and i paid 45... know what your doing if you ever try to buy stuff from this shop, they try to sell what they cant because it's an inferior product.

i wish i saw these reviews first. go to montrose, the bike shop there is big and more competent then this place

AGREED-NEVER GO TO THIS RUDE, UNDERPERFORMING, LYING SHOP

This locale does not care about customer service PERIOD. I agree with all of the awful experiences listed below. They may sound like they're going to make a good deal with you but the do NOT follow through at all. Spend your money elsewhere. This shop will ruin your day.

• Pros: You THINK you're going to get a good deal but....
• Cons: YOU DON'T! They underperform and underdeliver while wasting your time.
