Only good if you aren't a regular patient

This place (at least in Glendale) is horrible to patients that come regularly. My daughter goes there and sometimes waits 1/2hr or so just to get called and then waits even longer to get treated. Even when we get there early, the appointments last so long. The doctors are good and there are some really fast and accurate attendants but there are also some new attendents who just do not know what to do! They did not use to be so bad. I know some good attendants that are wonderful. However, I do not understand how some of these poeple got hired. Also, some of the receptionist act annoyed to see you again. The dental group is a good place if they do not already know you. Do not even consider the office in Glendale for long term treatments like braces. As for the other locations, I have nothing to say for them.

• Cons: Some very untrained and inefficient attendants eat up your time, receptionist are not patient

Eagle Rock Location - professional, quick

This review is for the Eagle Rock location: I came in with a broken filling - California Dental Group took care of my needs efficiently and affordably. I was worried about high pressure sales tactics for teeth whitening and the "deluxe cleaning" but was not bombarded with this. I walked out on my first visit with a dental insurance plan and full mouth x-rays. On my second visit I got a cleaning (very comfortable and quick) and the broken filling replaced in about an hour. The experience was positive and professional, I did not break the bank and feel confident in continuing my dental service with this company.
