Winners = Loosers

I was very unhappy with my recent experience with Winners Pizza. I called in a delivery order for a Jumbo pizza and wings. The order did not arrive for over an hour and was missing the wings. Trying to be nice and prevent the driver from going back and forth we said it would be alright to skip the wings...and the he said he would remove the charge from our bill. When we went to eat the pizza it was cold as if it had been sitting out for quite a while. Then today I came to find my credit card was not only charged for the pizza and wings but 2 extra dollars. When I called to complain about the cold pizza and lack of wings and the charge on my card the owner refused to give me my money back claiming I should never have taken the pizza if it was cold. I don't know about you but I don't make it a habit of trying my pizza before the pizza man leaves...just in case it is cold! And then she hung up on me. Terrible customer service and I will NEVER go back...I recommend you don't go either unless you like paying for cold food and missing food.
