DO NOT GO THERE unless you are going for a shave your head.
I have been to supercuts few times and every time my hair is cut differently which tells me that they employ some hamburger flippers changing their profession to hair stylists just because they carry styling kit in their pocket.
One day they have screwed up my hair so bad it was humiliating for me to go to work. I don't want to type the whole story but the hair dresser was new and has rampaged on my head with her tools/kit and when I tried to explain she said I am not understanding what she is saying and called here manager who was not at site and when I explained her the story she says that her employee is doing great and is perfect as if I never had a haircut and came out of caves just then and decided to be civilized. What a joke right ?...
The worst is yet to come. I wrote a complaint to the head office and they have replied as if they don't know about the branch saying it is independently owned and run. They think people getting haircut had thier brain cut in their last visit... seriously.. If a McDonald's appear in Area 51 we know it is a franchise (unless someone really violates the copyright laws) and McDonalds dictates the menu, quality, prices etc.. and they get money for franchising..
So anyway bottom line is DO NOT GO THERE... Save your head... oops sorry I mean save your hair unless you are getting clean shave..
