These people are FAST!. Most of the time, I love owning my own home. The times I don't, however, are when my wife and I returned from a trip, coincidentally on the hottest day of the year, only to find that the air conditioning wouldn't turn on. Through the sweat dripping down my face, I found the number for N.R.G. Air HVAC and called them to see if they could save us from death by heat. These people are FAST! Literally 30 minutes after I hung up the phone, the N.R.G. Air repair guy was ringing our door bell. I don't remember the last time a repair man surprised me by being exceptionally punctual and, to top it all off, he was also very courteous and obviously knew a lot about his trade. He found the problem with the air conditioner quickly and had it up and running about 20 minutes later. Relief! It was such a pleasure working with N.R.G. Air HVAC, I will never hesitate to call them again. It's nice to know there's someone you can depend on when you're in a pinch.

I couldn't have been happier!. I had a crisis this winter. My window air conditioner took a suicidal leap from my window just before a major heat wave. I don't have a car, so what was I to do? Searching the web turned up N.R.G. Air. I checked Internet reviews and to be honest, they almost sounded too good to be true, but I was desperate and took a leap of faith. It was evening, and I fired off an email in the hopes that perhaps they would check their email before they opened the next day. I was right. Someone (I think one of the owners) wrote me back early the next morning before going in to the office, saying that they could definitely help me and to call when they opened so we could work out specifics. When I called he asked me several questions to determine the best unit for my needs, and then gave me his opinion of the two best options - one a slightly pricier brand than the other. He said that one of his teams was doing installations in my area and he thought they would be able to fit me in that day. Late that morning a new air condition was brought to my apartment and installed for me! I couldn't have been happier as I rode out the heat wave sitting near my new, better unit.

Deserve their reputation!. N.R.G. Air originally installed and has serviced my upgraded AC/Heating for many years now and I have always been impressed with the professionalism, above all. Following the recommended tune up schedule has paid off in my opinion and the company continually offers new ways to encourage customers to keep this probably often-neglected maintenance exercise in sync. They promote valuable options in a tough economy to keep my system in check and I appreciate. I have experienced no problem with either unit since installation nearly 2 years ago. Class act all the way around and deserve their reputation in the business world today. They've earned it.

N,R.G. Air is a crucial element to living comfortably!. As the weather turned chilly, I realized that my furnace had stopped working. I called several companies on a late Friday night, and N,R.G. Air made time for me on Saturday itself. They gave me a free estimate and explained the problem, and then provided updates on when the part was expected. Since my furnace had been installed several years ago (by someone else), there were unforeseen issues with the system, and much to my surprise, the guy spent additional hours investigating my furnace to make sure it worked properly without billing me for his extra time and effort. He takes great pride in a job well done and checks in after the service to make sure all is well. If everyone I came across when fixing my apartment were this prompt, courteous, professional and experienced, life would be so much better! I highly recommend N,R.G. Air heating because of the quality of their work and the attention to customer service. N,R.G. Air is a crucial element to living comfortably, so finding a quality, reliable provider is such a relief!

N.R.G. Air has a very positive philosophy!. It is obvious that N.R.G. Air has a very positive philosophy about who they hire, how they treat their employees and how they want them to treat their customers. I rarely find a company with so many polite and congenial people. Everyone I have worked with or talked to has been so nice. Everyone Ive been in touch with at N.R.G. Air has been exceptionally positive, polite and considerate. It makes everything so much easier to accomplish when you know you can count on the civility of the people you're dealing with.

There are always going to be concerns, adjustments that need to be made, and problems to be solved. I feel that I can count on whoever answers the phone at N.R.G. Air, or shows up at my door to be a polite and decent person, as well as competent. I know they are working toward my complete satisfaction with the job they are doing.

It is so much easier to do business with a company that ensures that their workers treat their customers well. I will have no problem recommending N.R.G. Air to my friends.

So glad i went with N.R.G.. I checked with a lot of LA heating and air conditioning contractors before i chose one that I was comfortable with. So glad i went with N.R.G. Air. They did a fantastic job and were very nice.

They had a pretty good discount combined with the $1500 tax credit and the savings from having an efficient system, this was the best value I could have possibly gotten.

I'm glad they asked me to write a review for them because I am very happy to do so. I see that they have been asking others to do the same. Good thing, because the word needs to get out that these guys are the best value for your money. I'm happy to help. Go for it guys, tell all your customers to write reviews. You deserve it.

did excellent work.. Our furnace went out and as you know, it's been cold lately. Air makers came out the same day we called, got to work immediately and fixed the problem. i was so surprised at the price and almost felt guilty that I wasn't paying him more.

Very cool dude and did excellent work. I'm happy to say our furnace is working great and we're all toasty for the holidays.

Extremely impressed with the service!. We were extremely impressed with the service at N.R.G. Air. Our water heater was leaking all over the garage and we needed help FAST. We were undecided between getting a new standard water heater or a heat on demand system. Technician was wonderful about explaining all the pros and cons to us about both items. We ended up getting a 50 gal standard heater and we are very pleased with our decision. He installed the heater quickly and efficiently. We definitely recommend them to anyone needing fast, quality work.
