These guys are great!. My 25 year + heating and air conditioning was giving up the ghost. I had a couple of repair estimates that were, to put it mildly, ridiculous (both in price and identified "issues"). I had estimates to replace the whole thing (condenser and furnace) and NRG Air won my business with their no-nonsense approach and their willingness to work on different price option/combinations.

Trust me, I called several different HVAC repair companies when my air conditioning wasn't working and NRG Air was definitely the most prompt to return my calls and gave me by far the most reasonable price for the repair job. They were extremely professional during their inspection talking with me about all the possible causes and potential solutions.

New equipment was installed Monday and I couldn't be happier. Their work is clean, clean, clean. They keep to their word, show up on time and their work is professional. Pricing is excellent.

One of the things that differentiates this company from other tradesmen is that he reads and promptly answers (that night) e-mail! This might seem like no big deal to some, but to me it is a huge deal as all communication, negotiation etc. is done promptly, a record of such is established, and it imbues a sense of trust. I have worked with others who apparently think e-mail is only useful to spam me with the latest deals, coupons, fall specials and whatnot, and can only be bothered to communicate over the phone. Not NRG Air.

I won't hesitate to use them in the future... Excellent customer service and NRG Air certainly knew what they were doing and did it at a reasonable rate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NRG Air to my friends and neighbors, and should I ever need a new heater, this is the company I will call.

Couldn't be happier with NRG Air. I recently had my furnace stop working and after reading the reviews, so I called NRG Air. They arrived 10 minutes early (unbelievable for most contractors) and had replaced the malfunctioning part and were gone in less than 1 hour. The tech was extremely nice and explained everything clearly to me. The office manager was also very helpful in scheduling an appointment. Couldn't be happier with NRG Air...Highly recommend!

Customer service has been prompt and professional!!!. We had the unexpected occur, just before Christmas. The old unit was Carrier and had served me well.

I did my typical online and friend and neighbor research. I called several big name HVAC companies. I was having some difficulty with inconsistent information. A neighbor referred me to NRG Air, stating that they had a very difficult install and that NRG was the only company willing to take the job on. They were quite happy with the outcome.

The manager came out and walked my home. We discussed options, needs, preferences, costs. I promptly received an estimate for three options, each of which he explained fully to me. I decided to add central air and replace existing duct work at the same time. I chose Rheem products.

The day the job began, we had rain blowing sideways, the attic roof leaked, the yard turned to muck. We encountered many challenges in this project that never could have been for seen.

Crew were super. Very patient, provided great problem solving suggestions as they occurred. The crew are knowledgeable, polite, professional and worked hard in difficult conditions. They showed up on time, cleaned up each night and accommodated my 4 cats and a dog.

I am not one to gush about customer service and I am VERY PICKY about contractors and fit, finish and function. They system exceeds my expectations. Follow up customer service has been prompt and professional.

There are still good people in this world!. First and foremost, I apologize for my delay in writing this review . We had an emergency. Our condenser died and we are extremely sensitive to heat. The company I had my AC contract with did not respond to my urgent calls: Total. Therefore I had to race to find a new AC company that I could trust. I researched condenser prices and local companies. When I spoke to the owner at NRG Air, I told them my urgent situation. They were respectful, considerate and talked about options. They didn't try to sell me things I did not need like many others. They coordinated the installation of a new condenser for us the same day and checked the entire AC system to make sure the previous company did not overlook any issues. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable, competent, polite and diligently took the time to make sure he did the job right. I will be requesting him in the future!! Thank you all people, who were consistently following up with me during and after the service. I highly recommend this company and am recommending this company to my beach friends and colleagues.

Good communication. Very respectful during the install of the unit. Did everything they said they would do. The repairs were completed in less than 1 hour and our system was back working normally.

Thank you again for being a company that prides itself on customer service. A rare gem. I know I can count on them. You will only understand when you need AC repair just how good a company this is. There are still good people in this world, don't be so bitter.

recommend to anyone. I called them, they called right back and scheduled a time. several hours before they were due at my house i received a call saying the repair man was running a little late. i appreciated know well in advance and really liked that they had the professionalism to give me the head-up. when the repair man arrive, he was awesome!!! assessed the issue, repaired it, explained what it was and was done quickly. he was courteous and helpful. and the cost of the whole thing was a delight. i trust this outfit and would recommend to anyone.

Fast. Thanks so much for helping my wife out last week. We called you all with what my wife called a "serious plumbing emergency". We were having guests come in town for the holidays and the drain in the guest bathroom shower was clogged. My wife said the serviceman that came was great as she was running around getting the house ready. He snaked the drain and even tightened the faucet too. She said he was there for less than 30 minutes. Thanks for your prompt and quick work.

I recommend.. I was very pleased with NRG Heating & Air Conditioning. My a/c was blowing warm air and after reading the reviews of them on line I gave them a call. The receptionist was patient and friendly. When the technician came out he too was polite and patient. He was able to repair my system right there and then and I was very pleased. They also guaranteed this repair for a year!! I recommend.

Thanks NRG AIR!. I've used the service of this NRG Air air conditioner repair company before and I was pleased with result. So when my office air conditioning system was broken, I immediately called them and again they arrived on time fully equipped and fixed the problem as quickly. Very dependable company, will use this service for all of my air conditioner needs. Highly recommended.

the most attractive. After getting estimates from 4 different companies to replace my heating furnace and relocate the unit to attic, we found NRG Heating & Air conditioning Inc. the most attractive of them all. Not only their price estimate was good, but more importantly they provided us the detail information we needed to make the appropriate decision. It was equally pleasant to see their work and the end results. They were prompt, clean, thorough, friendly, and professional at all levels. The unit was installed in just 3 business days after they first visited my house to give us their estimate (actual work completed as promised in 2 days). We are very happy with our selection and we highly recommend NRG Heating & Air conditioning Inc. to others.
