return or not return

Make sure you ask sales associate about the return policy. I tried to return shoes, unworn, with a receipt after 14 days and was told no. Then they agreed to exchange them, but had nothing else in my size. After another 20 mins and manager approval I was able to finally return the shoes. If you don't love em' don't buy them from Aldo.
