Excellent Customer Service. Overall, I have had an excellent experience with this location primarily due to Laura Johnson and Susy Cabrear. I am not to sure if Laura is an assistant manager, but I can tell you her customer service and the way she resolves and explains things to customers is amazing!!! Susy is the general manager of the store and is totally supportive of her employees and her customers which is very rare to find.

Here is my situation in a nut shell. I have been looking for the right ring for a while and part of it was waiting for money to be in the right spot at the right time. I like the classy look of the three stone ring for past, present, and future, as does my girlfriend. We stopped in and looked at a particular ring that we loved and wanted to remove the two side diamonds and replace them with sapphires. The salesman we talked too assured me it could be done, but the two diamonds were mine and suggested to turn them into earrings. So I agreed that would be nice. We told him we would get back in touch as soon as I got my tax return. A week or so went by and I was able to order the ring and the sapphires, as well as order the earrings. I was told it would take anywhere between 2 to 3 weeks to make it all happen. I was also told because it was a custom order I would have to pay ahead of time, which was perfect. I bought the "peace of mind" warranties on both the ring and the diamonds. (A very small price for a lifetime investment). Out of curiosity I called the location about a week later and they said everything should be ready by Tuesday. WOW!!! Really???? It would be ready in just about 10 days instead of the 2 to 3 weeks. I was very pleased and excited. I called on Tuesday and was apologized to because it would not be ready until Wednesday (today) which I said thank you that is still awesome. Tonight I went to pick up everything to find out that the earring backs were sold separately, which Laura and Susy both agreed I should have been told about it, so they gave them to me. They asked if I would pick up the earrings Thursday because they had to get the correct size for the backs. They are awesome!!! At first I was upset, but because the way Laura politely smiled and said let me take car of it and got Susy involved, it really showed me they care about me not only as a dollar sign, but as a person.

Laura and Susy both made my experience unforgettable and amazing. I have nothing but the highest respect for both of them. It is people like them that make a location and a business great. Laura and Susy also took some time to see how the potential wedding band will look with the engagement ring. Plus they put it into my file so we would have an easier time to get it. I look forward to going back to this location and working with Laura or Susy once my girlfriend and I are engaged. Another cool thing that Laura did, she took time to ask me if I knew when or how I was going to propose. I told her I was not to sure yet. She told me to call her and they will make the reservations for wherever I want to do it at. I might use the service if nothing comes to mind within the next few weeks.

Awesome Selection of Rings. Great place to visit with designer ring brands!!!

Tacori, Simon G., Etc. I would also visit DeJaun in the mall as they have a beautiful Hearts and Arrow Collection.

Friendly and Professional Staff and easy Parking is a huge plus. However, you should consider the internet for the loose diamond or the Los Angeles Diamond District.

Great Knowledge and Service. The Management and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about diamounds. You just have to tell them what you have in mind and the staff comes through. If you don't know much about diamonds, their web site or staff are more then willing to teach you. Fun place to go and lots of free coffee or cold drinks.
