Tips for Monaco Motors

April 19, 2013

I highly recommend Monaco Motors and Wade. They keep my 1997 SL500 and 1999 S500 in tip top shape. Always efficient, friendly staff and on time. Great offers for maintenance. Thanks to all of you at Monaco Motors for your wonderful work.

I took my 2001 Boxter two weeks ago to Monaco Motors for checkup, and they took care of all problems. They provided very high quality service. I gave them A.

They will provide loaner car or ride back home free of charge.

I've been taking BOTH my Porsche (2001 969 and 2004 Cayenne) to Wade at Monaco Motors for a few years now. Very happy with their services and quality of work. Nice monthly promotions for services as well!

Shuttle services to the Topanga Mall while you wait is a nice added touch.

I've been using Monaco Motors for over 4 years. In all that time Wade and his crew have been nothing but the best. They go out of their way to provide me with a service that is second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Doesn't get any better. THE BEST!!! The had the good fortune to have been introduced to Wade Lennan and his Monaco Motors team over 10 years ago. Many many happy motoring miles later I am as pleased with his way of doing business as the day we first met. His team is knowledgeable, prompt and very reasonable. They pay great attention to detail and are as dependable as it gets. His team also continuously obtains professional development to keep their skills up to date. I recommend Monaco to all my friends because I know they will learn to appreciate Monaco as well.

Go to Monaco instead of MBZ dealer!!!. Great Service and excellent value. I have taken my Mercedes SL 600 and C 55 AMG, and soon i will take my Porsche Cayenne S when it will need a service. They give you a complementary ride to and from your house, no matter how small your service is with them and even a car wash.

I have made the mistake of going to a Mercedes Dealer to get work done and paid $400 for the Service A. This time around I took advantage of Monaco's "New Year's" deal. It came with a full 8qt synthetic oil change and my option of the brake flush and service option. This deal meets and exceeds everything a Mercedes dealer would charge you for considerably less money.

As for my SL600, the job was almost impossible. My transmission line had a leak. After calling every Mercedes dealer in Southern California, they had to custom order a transmission hose directly from the factory in Germany because it was otherwise unavailable. I expected to pay thousands (as other dealers have quoted me) for the job however i paid only $800. I am glad I found this place and I hope many others will decide to give them a chance.

If you want to save money and receive more than what you pay for, go to Monaco.

Excellent Service for Porsche's MBZ. Very nice experienced, knowledgeable ownership and service personnel. Owner Wade takes care of your car as if it was his own. Lots of communications, between Monaco and you. No Surprises as to costs and service, any changes necessitates a call for your approval. Parts are original from the manufacturer. Your car gets returned to you washed and cleaned, at no extra charge. Free pick up and delivery. Monaco makes it as easy as possible to have your car serviced...

Monaco Motors - Fails in Customer Service 101. I used to be a big a fan of Monaco Motors, however after my last experience sentiment has changed. Made an appointment for an oil change at 7:30am, was the first car there and in. Wrote it all up and was expecting as I was told, car would be done early afternoon. Wade the owner called me at 12:30 said he was leaving because of a bad back and so and so would take over and be getting back to me. No one ever did, I was left hanging. Went to pick up my car first thing this morning and it was still up on the lift and Wade said he thought it was done. When confronted about this situation, Wade was less than apologetic and pass

Nice Guys, Poor Knowledge. I was looking for a decent place to get my oil changed. Found this place because it was the closest. Had my oil changed. I thought they were putting in BMW Longlife motor oil - they were using Mobil 1 - which is NOT certified by BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW. Just read the bottle, the certs are on the back. They forgot to put a new o-ring on the drain plug - the oil leaked like crazy after a day. I took it back, they refilled my engine and put a new o-ring - come to think of it, the owner never apologized. I reluctantly went in for a second oil service, ugh. Second time around I brought my own oil Castrol 0W-30 European Formula -Certified by BMW Longlife 01 and the rest. They tried telling me that I had an oil leak, but didn't know where it was from, but that it looks like it was coming from the drain plug(stupids) -I'm assuming it looks like its leaking because they didn't wipe up the oil that had leaked(stupid asses) - They wanted to charge me to put some blue dye sh!t in my motor oil(haha, stupids putting dye in my highly tuned $30k machine). Oh man, they also argued with me about oil(stupid again).

I'm sure they do some things right, but to me, an oil change should be a walk in the park.

Cheers.

Monaco Motors -. For years my 2003 BMW was serviced by a large dealership from whom I had purchased a maintenance contract. Although I understood that it was more expensive than a local independent repair shop, I was under the impression that I was paying for better service. Well, once I started going to Monaco Motors I realized how wrong I had been. Not only is it significantly less expensive, but I feel that Wade and his excellent crew really have my back. These guys have integrity and it shows. After a year and half of having them service my car, I have no doubt that they are worthy of my trust. My BMW 325 is the first really nice vehicle I've owned. I'm not a rich man so I'm going to take great care of it and keep it running in top condition for as long as I can. Monaco Motors was the missing ingredient I needed to have in order to make that happen without breaking the bank. They feel like family and I actually enjoy going in there even when I know I'm going to have to part with a few bucks to get the job done. At least I know it's done right and for great price.
