Run! I bought $12,000 worth of premium grade travertine, weeks later they delivered the tile, but they switched the tile to cheap commercial grade junk. It's been 3 months and I still can't get my money back!

Honest. Hard Working People!. As an interior designer, I buy a large percentage of tile and stone for my clients' projects at Tile Boutique. Johnny, Danny, and Chris are knowledgeable and resourceful. People don't hire a designer to have their homes look like every other builder home or like a Home Depot special, and Tile Boutique is my resource to make sure that doesn't happen to my clients.

While they have many things in higher end price ranges, I rarely spend more than $9 a square foot for anything - and when I do it's generally for a small spot where it will really make an impact. They have many great things for half that price that when used with creativity give a high end look. The installation of the materials costs the same no matter what you put in, so getting a little nicer product doesn't add that much to the total budget - and it's putting the money where you can see it and enjoy it.

I've always had great customer service - in fact just the other day my installer made and error and ran out of material - the guys at Tile Boutique dropped everything to get another box of tile ordered and ready for my client. Things do go wrong in this business, and one of the reasons I deal with Tile Boutique is how they take care of me when something unexpected happens. They are well connected and always find a way to make my projects a success.

I also want to address the- "Liars-Worst Company"-Review by Agi Purse since I know that Tile Boutique has taken care of this issue and delivered some amazing pieces to this client. Let me guess-The "Contractor" is a cabinet maker on Desoto...and they probably kept pushing you to go to one of their sources since they don't get a kickback from Tile Boutique. I know this because some of my customers have used this contractor before and have been told the same lie. The fact of the matter is that the contractor wants to make extra cash on the side and they always place their orders at the last minute. Johnny the owner gave them some terms that they did not agree with so that material would come in on time. They took almost a month to place your order and by the time they did the material was no longer in stock. Johnny had to go and pay allot more to have the pieces custom made since the manufacturer was not going to be getting their shipment in for a while. From what I hear you "Love Your Kitchen"-and the pieces came out better than what the manufacturer makes. Yet you make it seem like they failed to deliver when in fact you know they have-Shame on You. These are hardworking individuals. I have given Tile Boutique projects of $25000 and $800.00- big or small they always deliver on time and always take care of me even if something goes wrong.

Check Them Out. Great Place. Tile Boutique is awesome! I've worked with them twice.

The first time was when I was remodeling a bathroom. We had a funky green tub and toilet that we wanted to keep. I had seen this cool mosaic floor from a 50's bathroom on-line that I wanted to duplicate and the people at Tile Boutique were great to work with as we tried to find an accent tile to match the greens and unique tile sizes that would work in the mosaic. In the end the bathroom turned out great and everyone who sees it loves the updated, but still distinctly 50's vibe of the room.

Our second adventure was after we had to remove a couple of the limestone tiles from another bathroom that had been renovated about 5 years earlier. Our contractor had used one of the 'other' tile places in Canoga Park and when we went back to them to try and get replacements, there was a lot of sighing and they said they couldn't get that tile anymore, but they could try to get something close. Their 'close' sample didn't seem close enough to me, so I called Johnny at Tile Boutique to see what they could do. Within an hour they were able to show me a perfectly matching sample of the original tile and we had our replacements on order.

They're great to work with, have a lot of connections and resources and treat their customers well. If you check them out you won't be sorry

Incredible Service and Quality Tile Selection. My parents went there to get tile for their remodeling job for their kitchen. They had gone to several locations and ended up at Tile Boutique. We were amazed at the incredible up-to-date selection of tile and floor models that were beautiful! They showed us their samples and examples of different layouts because we went there with no idea on what we wanted. Jon-E was our service person and was so helpful and insightful. In the end they helped us figure out what works best and at a great price. My parents love their kitchen and the custom medallions that Tile Boutique made for them. Contrary to what other reviews have said regarding customer service I would have to disagree. They were great and helpful with our needs. I am currently doing my kitchen and 2 bathrooms with them.

LIARS - WORST COMPANY. They lied to me. I was told by my contractor that they were liars and had problems with money. I took a risk because I wanted the caribe mosaic tiles and they were the only place that I could find them. I was also referred by a friend who has known them for years. They made me pay for my tiles IN ADVANCE and they gave me THREE separate dates that these tiles would be delivered and FLAKED on each of them. They flaked on the day of installation, not before. The tile guy has been paid for three days of lost work and I still don't have a tile installed. Why they didn't call or know in advance of the installation dates is beyond me. They have an extraordinary lack of calendar integrity. BUYER BEWARE!! I found out in the second week after the due date that thethey changed the manufacturer and were having them "Custom Made" They didn't discuss this with me. They would not give me the name of the custome tile maker so I cuold validate their story. They have held up my construction project for three weeks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!! Now I have to fight to get my money back!!!

Response to: They Almost Ruined My Bathroom Project. It's unfortunate that some people are never happy no matter how much you try to accomodate their needs. There are always two sides of a story and it's important to see both of them. We told her it would take 7 to 14 working days for us to bring the product in. The manager called her as soon as possible and explained to her that when her order was placed she was told about how long it would take and also mentioned that the contractor was also told in the begining of how long it would take and she flipped. After a few insults about Tile Boutique from the customer the manager also went on to let her know that the reason for the long period of time for the order to ship was because eventhough part of it was stock items there were some items that were on back order and the order would ship complete once it was ready to ship. The mananger also went on to let her know that he would pay the $150.00 charge to have the order ship out next day air to her home the next business day since the back ordered items were scheduled to be ready by then and let her know it was the least he could do for her to try and put her at ease since it was apparent that she was under allot of stress. The customer became very agitated and wanted to call the vendor direct and the manager went on to tell her that he was not willing to have her call them because of the way she was yelling and screaming and after speaking to several of the employees and the contractor involved it was apparent that this lady was looking to do more harm than good. The manager told her that she would receive a tracking number so that she could track her order once the number was put in the system by Nuheat but also told her that since it was going out next day air the tracking number might not be in the system the same day that the order was scheduled to arrive to her. The next morning the phone started ringing and once again the manager was asked for and at that point the manager told her that her order would be shipping out that day from Canada and that he would have the tracking number the next morning for her but she once again became very hostile and said that she is used to running the show and would find a way to take over this project, She said that she had no trust in what we were telling her about the order and felt that she was being lied to. She was told that she was more than welcome to call the vendor at that point but was also asked that she maintain her calm as Tile Boutique was doing everything possible to keep her project going. We have been there many times with customers and understand their frustration as these kind of projects do cause allot of stress. We pride ourselves in providing great service and try to make every experience with us go as smooth as possible. We wish this customer peace in life and hope that things are going better for her now.

They almost wrecked my bathroom remodel project.. I put in an order and paid for NuHeat with them, and selected standard sizes because they said that would take 3 business days to get. I needed it fast.

So a week and a half later I called to see where my order was. No one knew and no one called me back.

I had to call several times before my salesman finally connected with me and he then promised it would be in within three more days.

That time frame came and went. Still no order. I finally went online and called Canada. I nice customer service person tracked my order (at least there was one!) without any help from the Tile Boutique (they refused to give me my order # with NuHeat). The order paperwork was tracked down, and the person in Canada made personally sure it was FedExed directly to me the next day. Just in the nick of time!

No thanks to the idiots at The Tile Boutique. I still don't know when they actually submitted my order. They had my money all along.

LA's Best Tile Store. You want selction? Tile Boutique has got It. You want value? Tile Boutique has it and much more. This place has been my favorite for some time now. I have been working in Thousand Oaks, Ca for the last 20 years and it has always been my pleasure to take a drive over to Tile Boutique. The most impressive thing about them is how their showroom is always updated with the lastest trend-Too Bad what they sell is not clothing or else I would be styling all their latest fashions.

Dream Kitchens Start Here. I have wanted to write a review for a long time on Tile Boutique because of their first class service and selection. This is a great place to start any of your Kitchen renovation projects for ideas and education on the do's and dont's. The owners are hands on from begining to end with you. They have graet knowledge and experience. I love the products that they have introduced to me and look foward to the next project with them.

Simply The Best Tile Store Around. I have been in the interior design business for over 20 years. For the last 10 years I have been shopping at Tile Boutique. They used to be named Tile Collection but after the original owners retired the employees kept the business going and changed the name. There is always something new to see. Every client I have referred to them has come back happy and makes my job even more enjoyable. During this tough economy Tile Boutique has managed to keep the quality and integrity of the products they sell at the highest levels. They have beautiful collections of Glass, Tile, and Stone. I can spend hours and hours just getting inspired by all the beautiful things to choose from. This is a great place. If you have been here and most importantly if you have not I am sure you will feel the same way as I do about them.
