When I first started looking for a new truck, I contacted a number of dealers in my area through the internet and Dependable Dodge was the only dealer that took the time to actually answer all of my questions questions. I was fortunate enough to work with Pete Nicholls who provided me with a painless buying experience overall. I ended up ordering my truck from the factory and Pete took the time to work through all of the options with me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted without trying to pressure me into buying things I didn't want or need. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the options. When my truck was built and arrived in California, Pete was able to expedite the delivery to the dealership before I had to go out of town on Vacation so it didn't so I could get the truck before I had to leave. Overall the buying experience was painless and as close to enjoyable as buying a new truck can be. I would recommend Dependable Dodge and especially recommend Pete Nicholls.

My experience at Dependable Dodge was very pleasent. I felt Pete Nicholls went the extra mile to assist us with the purchase. He disclosed information in a timely manner. I felt he had no hidden agenda. I used the AAA discount program and he was very helpful with that. Overall, a very painless endeavor.

I HAVE PURCHASED AND/OR LEASED NUMEROUS VEHICLES OVER THE YEARS. BUT PETE NICHOLLS AT DEPENDABLE DODGE WAS BY FAR, THE FRIENDLIEST AND EFFICIENT SALESMAN I HAVE ENCOUNTERED; AND I PUT HIM THROUGH THE RINGER WITH MY QUESTIONS OVER A SERIES OF MONTHS BEFORE PURCHASING MY DODGE RAM 1500 LARAMIE, WITH WHICH I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. IN ADDITION TO PETE, I HAVE BEEN SERVICING MY PRIOR DODGE AT DEPENDABLE DODGE FOR 8 YEARS, AND SERVICE MANAGER DAVID IS TOP NOTCH. HE REMEMBERS MY WIFE, MY KIDS, MY VEHICLES, AND IS GENERALLY A NICE PERSON. I APPRECIATE THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEIR TOP NOTCH ATTENTION TO PERSONAL SERVICE.

We quickly came to agreement on price, and the website allowed me to select the specific vehicle I was interested in before I had even visited. Very friendly staff, very forthcoming, and they communicated everything in a very straightforward manner. I really couldn't ask for much more. I knew specifically the car I was interested in, so I appreciated the fact that we were able to quickly come to a deal, and complete the purchase in the matter of a couple of hours.

My girlfriend and I spent months shopping for just the right vehicle for us. We fell in love with and purchased a used Plumb Crazy Purple 2010 Dodge Challenger. We are in love with this car! Unfortunately, we soon discovered that due to an unreported accident by the original owner, the front bumper needed to be repaired to restore it back to its pristine condition. I took my Challenger to several, highly recommended auto body shops for estimates. I also brought my Challenger to Moises at the Dependable Dodge Body Shop. Moises was a pleasure to speak to about this situation and proved himself to be a wealth of dependable knowledge. Contrary to what we thought would be the results of the estimates, Dependable Dodge gave the lowest estimate... and the bonus of having factory warranty coverage for the repairs.

We turned our beloved car to Moises and have no regrets! He not only made sure we had a loan vehicle ready to go he kept us well informed of the progress. We received our Challenger back good as new and that makes us very happy!

I can't express my appreciation enough for how we were treated by Moises and how please we are with the repairs.. in fact, we are so pleased that we are poised to bring our Challenger back to him again to repair the rear bumper that was recently damaged in an accident. I don't know how much luck my poor Challenger has, but we feel lucky to have come across such a wonderful, honorable service representative in Moises.

Shopped all over for a new RAM 1500 Quad Cab. Should have gone there first. Great price and service from all involved. Walked off with a truck in two hours.

Dependable Dodge offered me a fair, no pressure price. I knew exactly what I wanted, Pete answered all my questions, all prices were in writing, up front, with no additions when you go to finance, and everything was "as advertised" - something rare in a car dealership these days. I like that Dependable Dodge is family-owned, not part of a mega-dealer public chain and that they had been in the community and that they had survived Chrysler's bankruptcy. Much better customer service than any other Dodge dealer I'd been to.

Impressed on how patient they were with me !!!!! I must say I gave these guys a real hard time lol ... My mom and I went to look for a new car but I was undecided on what to get as we're looking around I saw a 2012 Journey that I fell in love with took it for a ride didn't want to get off i told the salesman consider it SOLD he goes inside we start looking at numbers reasonable prices we got the papers ready but one bank wouldn't approve me so i had to wait a little longer during the time of waiting I took another walk in the parking lot and a 2013 Dodge Avenger caught my eye I ran back in told them I wanted to test drive that car I did and as the first one I fell in love so now I'm really in trouble I didn't know if I should get the Journey or the Avenger they were so sweet !!!! They didn't pressure me into buying a car instead they tell me this " Go have lunch with your mom talk about what you like you already know the numbers and when your ready we will be ready " I was blown away I have never been to a dealership that actually let me walk and weren't douche bags and even after leaving them my number they did not called to bug me i took a two hour break came back to dodge and purchased the 2013 Avenger with a reasonable monthly payment and a low Interest rate ... I'm happy with my new car and satisfied with they're service !!!
