Pete was great! i was direct with my questions and he responded quickly and accurately. He was organized and made the whole experience quick and easy. I couldn't say enough good things about my experience, but i will say this. I will certainly look to this dealership for another company car in the future.

We looked for months for a fair deal around the country because I wanted a an AWD Dodge Charger and in LA they are simply not available. I wanted one as I was relocating to Colorado. In the end I decided I could live with a RWD version and Pete took care of the rest. he found a vehicle setup the way I wanted and then helped get the financing squared away. His attention to detail was impeccable and I got a good deal.

I had had a pretty bad experience with another dealership in the area and was reluctant to start over. Their no-hassle, low-pressure sales tactic was great and I felt very comfortable throughout the process

the 1-year old Minivan that i purchased came with only one key (it was previously a rental vehicle.) i bought the van and left the lot without a second key. when i got home i realized that, of course, i needed a back-up key. when i called, they first said i would have to pay $200 to make a second key and after a very simple painless conversation they agreed to make a key for me for free. i know a lot of dealerships would have said, sorry, we already finalized our negotiations, you have to pay for a second key.

My car buying experience at Dependable Dodge was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had visited a couple other dealerships before hand and none treated me as well or offered me as good a deal.

After my purchase, I had a hands free bluetooth system installed. Pete called me the same day of my purchase to schedule the appointment for the installation. He made a point to meet with me the day of my appointment and introduced me to Brian in Service. Brian did an excellent job with the installation and explained what he was going to do before starting the job. He completed the job on time and the hands free system operates perfectly!

Stopped in 1/2 hour before closing on a Saturday night just to look at a Charger Ralley for my daughter with no intent to puchase, just inquire. The saleman, Freddie, was very friendly and proffesional, along with Susannah; sales manager, and John (owner). They made me a deal that was too good to pass on!!! In fact, I purchased the car and asked them to hold it for a couple of weeks because I wanted to surprise my daughter. I will definetly refer these guys; their service and professionalism was second to none.

Sales team provided me with knowledgable and honest assistance, with no "pressure" sales tactics. I gave the dealership hurdles, and they jumped them with ease. They gave me a fair price for my car trade-in, and assisted me with finding the best way to quickly sell my motorcycle. I will start using the service department at this dealership based on my purchase experience.
