AFTER 5 MINUTES OF WAITING, WE LEFT! NO SERVICE AT ALL!. AFTER 5 MINUTES OF WAITING, WE LEFT! NO SERVICE AT ALL! THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE. SAT IN A LOUD CORNER NEAR A BIG PARTY OF PEOPLE, DIDN"T EVEN GET DRINKS. OR ANYTHING.

I WAS GIVING THIS PLACE 1 MORE CHANCE AFTER 1 YEAR AGO WHEN THE MANAGER QUICKLY LEFT BURN FOOD IN FRONT OF ME AND I HAD TO CHASE HER DOWN AS SHE IGNORED ME CALLING HER FROM RIGHT BEHIND. AND THEN SERVED US BURNED FOOD AGAIN.

WHAT CAN I SAY I GIVE UP. WE HAVE NO GOOD CHILI'S RESTAURANTS IN THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY! THIS SUCK!

great ribs. I usually do not eat at Chili's, but had received a gift card for x-mas. I order the new ribs they have on promotion. They were D-Lish.. The sauce was fantastic. Sweet and Tangy. YUM
