I placed an order online. Since the order had not been received after 5 days, I called Baklava Factory and was assured that the order would be sent that day. After several follow-up emails (I did not receive any response to my emails) and several telephone calls, the order that was indeed shipped 5 days after I ordered it arrived 3 weeks later (my friends received a gift of 3 week old baklava). I spoke to the manager or person in charge who told me that this was not his problem as Baklava Factory did their part - they shipped the order. I was also told that I should contact the postal service and try to get my money back. The order was not re-sent and the charge to my credit card was not reversed. I paid for shipping and 3-week old baklava which was thrown away. ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE!! I do NOT recommend Baklava Factory!!

I have been here a couple of times and would definitely go again to pick up some desserts. The pastries are tasty! The people who work there aren't the friendliest but it's worth going in for the food.
