Simply AMAZING. I have been to several lingerie stores across Europe, NY and LA and this store has it all....great selection, amazing prices and wonderful service...I have been purchasing lingerie at Sara's for over 10 years and my wife always loves the items and quality of the European lingerie...also, all her lingerie lasts for a very long time no matter how many times she washes it...Sara's won many awards and has been selected as the best lingerie shop in USA and I am not surprised because they are simply amazing...I encourage everyone to make Sara's their first destination for any lingerie needs because the women in your life will be forever greatfull...thank you again and again Sara and staff and I wish you lots of success....MM

Terrible and Extremly Expensive. First day I went in they were very nice. I baught some lingerie for my wedding night. When I took it home it had dirt in the panty and on the robe. I went back to see if I could exchange it. When I got there no one was at the front desk then one girl came and she called the owner Sarah over. The owner was not only rude but borderline agressive. She told me never to come back and that I probably used the lingerie and was trying to return it. I just wanted to exchange it. I filed a charge back and won. I would never go back again.

Great Service. It's not a cheap place to shop, but their selection is just great and you are guranteed to get personal attention, and atmosphere is so warm, actually you feel like you are trying things on and your friends are around to help you to make a good choice
