Never Again!!!. I had the worse experience with these people. I dealt with the Wilshire office that serived Los Angeles area. Firs of all the person who answered the phone was unprofessional and uncaring. I was promised that a repairman would come to my house between 10 & 12pm. by 12:20 pm I hadn't heard from them. I finally called and they said he was still at another job. I should have been called and told that, since I stayed home from work to wait for them. I rescheduled for 4:30 pm and the guy finally showed up at 5:30 pm. He was able to fix the drip in my fridge for $218, which seemed pricey to me. As for my stove that needed repair, he told me I needed a part, and he would call tomorrow with a quote. Of course I never heard from them, and so I called them, and the woman told me that they hadn't called their supplier yet. This was 2 days ago, and I haven't heard from them again. Now I have to find someone else and pay another fee for a service call. I would never deal with this company again and I recommend that you don't either.
