Sushi that just melts in your mouth. I have been going to Light & Healthy for 13yrs....and will continue to go. The service is great. All you can eat for 1hr of sushi that just melts in your mouth, is something you won't find elsewhere. I have tried the other local sushi bars in town, and nothing compares to Light & Healthy. It is a family environment, so bring the kids!

Great sushi. Don't get mixed up with other restaurants with the same name. At this all-you-can-eat for 1 hour sushi bar, you won't find numerous westernized complicated rolls, just good, fresh sushi. Service is great as well.

High Quality All You Can Eat. Light & Healthy is not where you go to find the most exotic sushi, but for consistent, high quality, all you can eat sushi with great friendly service it can not be beat.
