What a disappointment!! If you continue like this, you will be out of business by the end of the year. We came for the lunch buffet as we have done for the last year & a half, only to find out that it was replaced by some extremely poor menu items. We should have left when we had the chance. Very Poor waiter - very disorganized & slow. He would have had trouble cleaning toilets. Then when we got the food, it was barely warm & found a potato with a bad spot in the soup. Very, Very, Very POOR!!! Unless you change, you won't last. Terrible! As long time customers, we have had much better & expected that. Your lunch bufffet was good, so now we're going elsewhere since it is no longer & for all the other reasons. I certainly would not recommend this place any more. Thanks

Served left-over food. I decided to spend $11 on a weekday lunch because I wanted to have a good food and to use a clean restroom. Instead, I was served a chile relleno, which I believe was a left over. Otherwise, why would it be cold? In addition, their ladies room had a slightly flooded floor. Yech! Skip the Northridge El Torito!

great Margarits. The Margaritas are Amazing!! Food was so so, but the staff was very friendly and we were seated promtly. This is one of my favorite places to go and relax after a hard days work

Neato El Torito. pretty good El Torito, this is the place you can take young kids and any noise they make will be drowned out...thus not so romantic. food is good here, it is huge so great to take large groups. their prices went up recently but still reasonable.
