Rockin Abs! – I stumbled upon this find with a local school auction win; I had always wanted to try Pilates. In a short series of classes, I felt a noticeable change! With a few more classes, I felt sleeker in my over-40 body! I was amazed at how much fun I was having too! Trisha and Jesse worked me hard while making me smile and laugh as the hour passed. I find myself missing the camaraderie almost as much as the expert instruction. Pilates takes mental energy and the descriptive approaches given and encouragement along the way are best in class! Thank you to Cassidy and her tremendous staff! TRY THEM OUT!
Why are you so horrible nation wide? :( – I have been to several in the country. It's all the same. They like to lock away smaller free weights which may not seem like much but some women need those weights. Who are they locking them from? From gym members who pay good money? Women have to share the free weight area with men who like to wear cologne to the gym and drop their weights instead of completing a set properly. Did i mention that no one puts their weights away? There is no gym etiquette inforced on this gym. People love to use these kinds of gyms to hang out leisurely on equipment and not work out but appear to "look" as if they are working out. You play a very low price to work out here but you can never get the cost of your life back from having to endure these problems that isn't worth it to complain about. I feel like this gym is the kind of place that doesn't mind letting itself go not even trying to get better.Don't join this gym if you seek a place of good environment, inspiration. A gym should be a place that is motivating, inviting, and clean. You will be happy that you have decided to make a change in your life by joining a gym and if you choose any ballys you will quickly feel very disappointed and cheated.
