Wow. Everything in this tiny store looked like it came out of a Britney Spears video. The sales associates weren't very knowledgeable about where things were located and there was lots of clutter and disarray in the store. I don't think I'll be back.

Mall-based mecca for teenage girls seeking flirty, disposable clothing..
The Scene
This chain, with over 400 stores in malls nationwide, started humbly in 1962 as a little bikini shop in Newport Beach, CA. By focusing on the Southern California teenage girl as a voracious, trend-conscious consumer, the small store evolved into a fashion empire.
The Goods
The attire won't last more than a season or two, but isn't meant to, and is priced appropriately. Here-today-gone-tomorrow items include slogan T-shirts, boho skirts and sexy halters. Complete ensembles (think hip-hugger slacks, glitter T-shirts, and faux fur-collared sweater coats) are displayed to help that young shopper pull together the popular look (and help the store move more merchandise). Most items, including accessories, feature house brands such as Blue Asphalt, Aubrey, and Urban Vibe. Grownup dressers won't find much they want here, except perhaps that outrageous, hot-for-a-season T-shirt.
