Drive-thru Nitemare!. I noticed about 3 or 4 cars waiting for food from the drive thru. It wasnt abnormally busy. (5 cars from the double order window to the end of the line) (I have been going to this location for over 30 years - T H I R TY years). A man seems irate and gets out of his car to talk to the window (ketchup and napkins is what he was handed) I ordered through the drive thru and was told to pull forward. I was handed my coke and saw that my shake was ready, I asked if I could have it too please...she said It wasnt mine!) I pull forward and wait with engine on near the exit. After some time an employee wanders out of the the restaurant with a bag. he walks around to parked cars and people pulled in behind me waiting. It doesnt take rocket science to figure out that since I have been waiting longest that its probably the guy at the front of the waiting LINE! There is nothing worse than seeing your bag of food opened and looked thru 3 times at 3 different cars. also HE FORGOT MY SHAKE! When he came with it I CLEARLY KNEW IT WAS THE SAME SHAKE I had noticed earlier. I get shakes all the time (( WHEN THE MACHINE ISN'T DOWN FOR "CLEANING" 50% of the time at this location!)) so I can tell by how far the whipped cream has melted..IT has been sitting awhile. Guess what my food was cold and the extra syrup I had asked for was no where to be found!!! I am informing you now that when asked to pull forward I will kindly say, NO I WILL NOT!
