Yummy Scallion Pancakes & Noodle Soup!. Their beef stew noodle soup just taste oh so amazing (make sure you get the handmade noodle! - double amazing).

The scallion pancakes - so delicious!!

Always ended up ordering 3 - for only 2 ppl :p

Fantastic Mandarin food - Amazing scallion pancakes. This place has been around since I was growing up in Northridge. It's always had the best Mandarin food around, from the soups to the noodle dishes.

I get the scallion pancakes every time I go. Nobody does them better.

Best Dumplings and Scallion Pancakes in the Valley. Best dumplings and scallion pancakes. I also strongly recommend their Family Soup made up of great thick eggy noodles and leeks (or bok choy?).

Authentic Chinese food!. Want to try really authentic Chinese food? Try this place! We were told the veggie steamed potstickers were out of this world, and that was SOOOO true! They were the best I'd ever had! Try their spicy chili soup if you like spicy shrimp soup. I never had tried it before, but WOW! It's our fave now! You can split a soup too and they will split up the first bowl for you. We have often been the only Caucasians in there. That makes me believe this place is really authentic. It is so delicious and affordable. If you order the veggie potstickers and soup, you often get the soup first. No big deal. It is wonderful. We've never had to wait. Fast service. Fresh and delish!

Give it a try!. You've got to try it. All the locals around Northridge know about this "hole in the wall". It's cheap and good Chinese food. The noodles are great.
