quick staff, favorite teriaki chicken sandwich hott, more pricey white oak, order whole wheat bread, order tuna
Sandwich chain offers healthy alternatives for diners on the go..
Subway's health-conscious menu is built around greaseless deli sandwiches--turkey, chicken, roast beef, etc.--made on soft rolls baked daily in-house. Customers pick white, wheat or a specialty bun, name the length, choose the toppings and watch as the sandwich moves down the assembly line. Wraps, melts, salads and chips by the bag diversify the streamlined menu. And despite the bread factor, Subway boasts numerous successful weight-loss stories and low-carb menu items.
Weekly regular! Been going for a year and a half!.
Love this Subway above others - super friendly and quick staff. They know me by name...just introduce yourself and they'll be calling yours out right when you walk through the door. Super sweet! Less expensive than others (there is one on the other side of White Oak which is more pricey). Only cons, parking. Other than that - excellent!
Food: My friend ALWAYS orders the meatball sub, with parm cheese, and he toasts it (he prefers white bread with it). I order either the tuna with provolone melted on top (tuna melt!!!), guacamole also (only an additional seventy cents? So worth it!). If you are looking for healthy bread choices the Honey Oat has the most fiber.
My other favorite is the teriaki chicken sandwich hott...on honey oat. Little bit of sauce, lettuce, tomato...they'll make it the way YOU want it!
Also, if you are looking for serving control, I recommend ordering a KIDS size sandwich and water bottle. Order the whole wheat bread also.
P.S. Quiznos sandwiches are still better tasting, however this is alot cheaper!!!
