Bad service. After having to wait over 3 months to receive my crib attachment that I had already paid for upfront, they call me to come pick it up. I arrived at their store only to find that it was lost and given away to another customer by accident because somebody didn't check the tags properly. Really? Then, they spent over a week giving me a number of excuses about it. Long story short, they finally got it to me but the whole experience left me thinking what bad regard they have for their service. Sad, because I was hoping they were better than some of the other horrible baby stores out there. You are better off buying your furniture at Babies R Us or other mass merchandisers.

I got great service. I got great service and all my questions answered, definitely more knowledgeable than any other baby store around, if you think their service is bad try visiting babies rus...no one knows anything there apparently. Rick and Darren helped me and trust me I had a million questions, and they never minded asking or sitting with me for hours to talk about which stroller and crib to go with. I will definitely be back!! I did get my crib and it did have a ding in it, but someone was out to fix it within a week and he did it at my house and did such a fabulous job!! It didn't even look like it was there...I was really impressed!!

WORST BUSINESS IN CALIFORNIA. THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS ON THE PLANET! Do not shop at Baby Town. I paid in full for my crib and dresser in May. They told me it would take 8-12 weeks. I began calling them in August about my furniture. Each month they said it would arrive soon. They said the company making the furniture was being slow (throwing them under the bus). I found out later that Baby Town didn't even give the company making the furniture my order for over 5 months. So they continually lied to me telling me my order would arrive soon. After 7 months, they said the dresser was ready for delivery and the crib would arrive in 2 more months. That would be 9 months of waiting for the crib (if it really was going to show up in 2 more months). RIDICULOUS! My baby was 3 months old at this point so I cancelled the order. They didn't care about how long I had been waiting, that they had lied to me repeatedly or that I was angry. They were not willing to give me any type of compensation or pay the interest on my credit card. The owners did not call me like I requested. They do not respect their customers. They obviously have no business sense because I have told everyone I know not to shop there. I did not trust that they would refund my credit card based on other bad customer reviews. So my husband went to the store and demanded that they credit the card back right then and there. I'm happy to say that we got our money back (no interest for the 7 months of waiting of course), but we still had no crib/dresser for my 3 month old daughter. Luckily Juvenile Shop in Sherman Oaks was happy to help us. DO NOT SHOP AT BABY TOWN!!!!!! And I encourage other unhappy customers (there are plenty!) to report them to the Better Business Bureau like I'm going to do immediately. I can't believe they are still in business after reading the MANY bad reviews of this company.

Nice selection. I found this store to be quite great. They have a big selection of items for all age of kids. I found some great nursery furniture for my up coming bundle of joy. All the staff were also really friendly and helpful

I ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!. I had to file two complaints with the Better Buisness Bureau. We have had nothing but problems with what we've ordered from Baby Town. First we are still waiting on a changin table that was order in mid September, today is 12/22, and this was promised to be in 4 weeks after purchase, here is is 12 weeks later. Everytime I call I get a new story, basically lied to. I'm told they wil deliver it now for free by the end of the year, my hopes aren't high on this. Secondly we ordered a stroller that was supposed to be in 10 days after we ordered it, found out a week later it would be over a month, we decided to cancel the order and get a refund on November 22nd. We were told we would get a check in the mail within 10 business days since we paid cashed, guess what no check a month later. Keep being told it will be taken care of, but apparently the owner is the only one that can do it and his worthless ass doesn't care. This place should be shut down on bad buisness pratices, beware if you choose to shop here. They have a great selection, you just will never see you purchases. My baby is now two weeks old, maybe I will get my changing table by the time he is 18.

great selection and a wonderful experience. The staff was great. They were very patient with us. They had a really good selection, it was getting to see different styles and choosing a set that was perfect for our new addition. This was a great experience.

Best prices and great service. Baby Town has been great through this whole process of selection and buying process. They have a really good variety and they have some of the best prices. Our furniture looks great in the baby's room.

very friendly staff and great customer service. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. They had a wide range of selection of furniture. I had a really good experience here. Our furniture arrived on time and the staff even followed up to make sure we were satisfied with our order
