Best Tamales, Tortillas and Carnitas. This is the absolute best place to go for tortillas, tamales and carnitas. The people are nice and friendly. We have been going since I was small and I still can't get enough. Try it once and you'll be hooked!!

Love Me Tender. Carrillo's fresh handmade tortillas and tender carnitas is truly the BEST in the Valley. I don't know if it was the hot salsa or just the moist, delicious taste that got me all teared up. Honest people! Eat this food!!!

Great Tortillas & Meats. We have been going to Carillo's for many years, both San Fernando as well as Canoga Park locations. One of the few places that still make their tortillas completely by hand - NO presses for the dough to flatten it out - all hand made. The toasty/corn taste is worth the wait - we suggest you stop in and pick up some FRESH tortillas as well as prepared carnitas for a treat. Nice people too.

Sooooo Good.... This is the best place for menudo, homemade tortillas, tamales and burritos. I've been coming here since I was a kid and I can't get enough. You have to try the Jorge Lopez special it's huge!! Al Gore visited when he was in town.
