BEST CHINESE EGG ROLLS. After ordering Chinese take out from Ying's kitchen in Sylmar I don't want to go anywhere else, They have the BEST EGG ROLLS I have ever had and they are the size of a Burrito. Most of thier dinners are under seven dollars and they give you plenty. This restaurant does not have any tables and is strictly for TAKE OUT .The food is cooked FRESH while you wait and they have a LARGE MENU. For lunch they have a Three Dollar LUNCH SPECIAL . If you are in the SYLMAR AREA I highly recommend Ying's Kitchen.
