worst experience EVER!!!!. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD BUT THEY MAKE YOU CHOSE A STAR. THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL THE LAST 7 YEARS...IT USED TO BE AWESOME, NOW IT'S HIT OR MISS AND ONLY MEDIUM QUALITY. I HAVE JUST SPENT THE LAST 16 MINUTES TRYING TO PLACE A TO GO ORDER FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY, HOWEVER THE PHONE IS OFF THE HOOK...IF YOU'RE "THAT GOOD" HIRE A PHONE GIRL, DON'T MAKE THE GUY WHO MAKES YOUR PIZZA ANSWER THE PHONE. TALK ABOUT CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE...NEVER AGAIN, I AM DELETING YOUR NUMBER, IN THIS ECONOMY THERE ARE PLENTY OF PIZZA JOINTS HAPPY TO HAVE MY BUSINESS, ONE OF THEM RIGHT BY MY WORK, SCREW YOU CASA...
Pretty Good Pizza. While driving around trying to find a place to eat in the neighborhood, we happened upon Casa De Pizza. It is a quaint little place in a strip mall, that we almost passed up cause it just looked like a hole in the wall. Needless to say we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The space is much bigger then I though and it was PACKED. We ordered salad and pizza and my boyfriend got some cannelloni too. I had a bite of it and it tasted a bit dry/crispy, he said it was just from the one I tasted the other one was great he said. I thought the pizza was pretty good, I would go back for that.
Best Pizza anywhere, small place, customer service not always the best!. I have been to many places to get some good italian food, I find myself always going back to Casa de Pizza.
It's a victim of its success. Used to be the best pizzeria in the neighborhood. But now it's so crowded that long-time regulars don't even get recognized. And they have to cook the pizzas so fast that the crusts are coming out undercooked. If you must, get it to go and ask them to cook it well-done.
Best Italian Food This Side of My Nona's Kitchen. The food remindes me of my grandma Yolanda's cooking. The best eggplant anywhere, and the pizza is rival to none. If you like Chicago style (thick crust) or the NY thin crust you will enjoy both of them here. The place is like going to the Thursday night dinners at my nona's house. Everybody knows everybody. The one ingredient that must be used in all of the foor id the same thing my grandma Yolanda put into all of her cooking and that's LOVE. So when you are in the Valley and you have a tast for some REAL Italian food you must stop at Casa De Pizza, it's the best!!!! If you want to see the entertainment on Thursday evenings I suggest that you make a reservation well in advance, it's worth it!!!
Just like back home. If you'r from Chicago or just wish you were, you have to stop by Casa De Pizza. The pasta dishes are great, but it's the pizza that will keep you coming back again and again. Wheather it's plain cheese or one of the specials named after family members you will love it. The people who work there are all cool and somehow are all related. The people who eat there seem like they all know eachother and the restaurant itself is like being back in the old Italian neighborhood. If you want great pizza and have some fun go on Thursday Nights. Vito (the owner) and his band belt out old Rat Pack tunes in the Sinatra Room. My favoriate besides the pizza is # 13 on the menu. Try it and when you see Vito, tell him "Buddy says, hey Vito, whats up?"
