Exceeded Expectations. I had the need to find a service company to address a problem with my Sub-Zero refrigerator. I contacted Wilshire Refrigeration and Appliance, made an appointment, and today they showed up within the promised window of time and quickly diagnosed by problem, provided a repair estimate to which I agreed, and then quickly and efficiently repaired the problem (failing fan). They were also able to diagnose another problem with a small under-the-counter Sub-Zero (bad thermastat), resolved that problem and were on their way. My expectations were exceeded and my appliances are back in working order. I would have no problem in recommending Wilshire Refrigeration to my friends . . . ask for Jerry . . . he was a very informed technician.
