A Shopping Challenge. This must be the worst maintained Ross in the chain. It's sad because their selection is among the best. Unfortunately, the store is not properly staffed so you really have to hunt and hunt through piles of stuff to find your treasures. Yes, I've found great bargains here and am still a regular shopper. But I only come when I know I can afford the couple of hours it will take to wind through the mess and then to stand in line for a LONG time. I would probably buy more if the store were better organized.

Messy. This was my first job about 5 years ago..i remeber it so clearley..Messy messy messy.. No matter how much we cleaned you never could make it look nice... The shoppers that came in stayed at least 3 hours to find anything.. The fitting room is always messy and crowded.. The good thing about this place? I met some life long friends here and no matter how messy it gets people still love it.. You can even get lucy if you go on a good day..right when the truck arrives with all the new stuff!
