A Real Dive Bar

Mabel's is awsome when you get the right mix of people coming in. Sometimes you get too many bro's or drunk old men that get a little too trunk and are way too loud, yelling in your ear. but, on thursday nights, its a great mix of nerdy karaokee goers of all ages and it is a lot of fun to hear the vast variety of music that people choose. Oh, and I have never seen anyone EVER do drugs in mabel's but there is a bit of a rough croud there other nights than thursdays.

• Cons: The people on the weekends

Nuttystench is an idiot

The only thing nuttty stench got right is what his/her mouth smells like. Mabels is a great place, and there are no people doing drugs in the bathroom. Nutty is probably a rude drinker that cant handle themselves and was asked to leave.

Real People...Real Nice

Mabel's may not be the classiest place in town, however it is filled with real people that are real nice. Mabel's used to be called Winston's Pub back in the day and some people still refer to it as such, but they are the same place. The place is not for everyone. The hoity toity set that seems to be filling our valley, may not appreciate it's earthyness, but then they don't have to frequent the place.

I have been an on again and off again customer over the last three years and I have found that Mabel's is a great place to watch people. I have seen many interesting people cross their threshold.

It rarely gets rough...but I haven't seen anyone get hurt that didn't deserve it. Some people become jerks when they consume alcohol!

The staff at Mabel's always makes you feel welcome and as long as you have an open mind, you should have a good time. It is nice to just hang with unpretentious people. So saddle up to the bar and enjoy!
