not recommend valencia dodge, worst dealership, excellent sales staffmembers, worst experience, honor warranty
Juan was very helpful! Thank you for working with us! Thanks to the entire staff as well!
Carl took the time to explain all of cars feature's in a friendly manner. He always greeted us with a polite smile and hello. Thank you very much Carl! You sold this vehicle!
John worked with us to solve a serious problem by finding a solution for a new car that fit our budget and promises to save us money. He helped to “buy” the car and to provide extended warranties on the new one. He provided exemplary assistance with features like phone and radio. Finance was terrific! We were in and out in record time! This was our best buying experience ever! John was not only professional and well informative, but he was compassionate and very customer service oriented.
John listened to me and understood what I wanted. He was patient but in control of the selling situation. His structure of movements gave me confidence and I bought a car!!!
I worked with David Acevedo and he was very helpful! Answered all of my questions and I much appreciated it!! Excellent customer service!
I wouldn't not have bought a car from them without the manager james. He was very helpful with whole process. Just ask for him as soon as you get there!
The purchase of my Chrysler 300 was very enjoyable. Everyone in the sales department was very professional and nice.
great prices. I found my car a used Ram pickup truck for the price I wanted and was in and out of the dealership fast !
REAL RUDE.
So the car key for our Dodge was put through the washing machine.
It worked for the ignition, but wouldn't lock or unlock, electronically.
So I went to the Valencia Dodge parts dept and pressed the QUIETEST "service" button I have ever heard in my life. It was like it had ten blankets on it muffling the sound to very dull 'ding'.
I waited about 30 seconds. No response.
Rang the world's quietest bell again.
Another 30 seconds.
No service.
Rang it again.
Waited about 45 seconds.
Nada...
Finally after a full 2 minutes or even 3, I rang the bell in quick succession ring, ring, ring...
So then a middle aged guy stuck his head out and angrily said "I'll be right with you!".
Another full minute goes by until the guy (later identified to me as "Steve") saunters into the tiny area behind the counter and says..."Yeah?"
Not "Can I help you sir?" or even "What can I get you?"--- but "Yeah?" -- like I'm wasting his valuable time.
I said I need a new electronic key made, and that the car is in my wife's name and he says...
"She has to be her then".
I said "She's at work 35 miles away".
He says -- really rude now..."She must be here".
Now I'm pissed -- so ask for the store manager.
Good 'ol middle aged gray haired parts guy "Steve" pivots on his heels and says to a guy standing next to me...What can I help YOU with?".
The kid says "I need a battery".
So I say -- "I want to talk to the Manager".
And "Steve" says -- "I'll call him after I help this guy."
So I stepped up to another window and the employees called the Manager who refused to come and talk to me.
The kicker?
I had the pink slip in the vehicle -- so there was no question I had a legal right to get a duplicate key made -- it's just "Steve" was so rude we didn't get that far.
If this Dealership was selling a car I liked at a big discount -- I wouldn't do business with them.
They seem tired and have an adversarial to their own customers.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Unprofessional Sales Managment, Poor Selection.
Power Dodge in Valencia has two sales staff-members who were excellent - Chaz and Stacey. The rest of the salesmen appeared to only be interested in making a quick deal. The Sales Managers; Jennifer and Doug were overheard making leud sexual comments and spouting obscenities in front of us. We also observed them yelling and swearing at their sales staff - very unprofessional behavior. Jennifer in particular appeared to be constantly angry and hostile.
Their selection of cars and trucks was poor, they had no vans at all and their used car selection was very poor, with only about 15 cars.
We observed a green Charger on the lot which we were told was a lemon left there by an angry customer. Apparently the dealership refused to honor the warranty on this vehicle.
There is a reason Power Dodge has not achieved a 5-Star Chrysler dealer award. We bought our new Dodge elsewhere and we don't recommend Valencia Dodge...
I am pleased to say Valencia Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram Brands are now under new management
As of 12 22 2010 we are now California Superstores
