Best Cha Shu Ramen. Ramenya has the best Cha Shu Ramen. The Cha Shu just melts. I have had Remen at about 8 different places including Asahi, Chabuya, Orochon, and Ramenya has the best Cha Shu Ramen. I haven't tried Shi Sen Gumi yet. The prices are pretty good and the portions are a good size too. Their side dishes are good, but on the smaller side. The place is pretty plain, like an old cafeteria or something, so you'll probably be disappointed if you are looking for a cool atmosphere. But if I had to choose the best Ramen, especially in West La, I would tell people to go here.

Good Ramen. My favorite is the Ajo Ramen, ramen noodles in broth with garlic. Great for those garlic lovers out there. The potstcikers are surprisingly the best I've ever had anywhere. This place is typical Japanase type fast food. It's great during cold weather when you crave some soup and you want something different. They also have other great dishes.
