This guy is a crook and will steal your money. even a court judgement will not stop this guy. he is a talented crook. when will he be arrested?

Amit Is A SCAM ARTIST!!!. I just stumbled upon these reviews and now realize that I am not alone. Amit is a total SCAM ARTIST!!! He signed on to do a four week job for us, that turned into a 6 month ordeal from HELL! He never supervised anything, so each day the work had to be done over. He would go weeks at a time without bringing his crew out to do work. One month into the job he stated he ran out of money and couldn't do any work, even though he barely started and we cut him a check for $30,000!!!! I spent the next five months kicking and screaming trying to get a days work out of this idiot! If anyone does business with Greenview or his new company which can be found at fogliefiori dot com, do so at your own peril. This man will take your money and RUN....

Dear Ralph and Sheri, your job was almost done

when I came to install the Low voltage system

($1,700 in the contract out of $75,000 total contract).

But when I came to do so, you asked me to replant

your backyard (Which I already planted 1 month before).

At that point your backyard was a disaster !!! Since your

lovely Labrador “Gulliver” literally TRASHED the plants !!!

During the job I was playing with him, throwing a tennis

ball everywhere in the backyard, and you too played with

him like that. And I warned you after the planting was done

To do two things :

1. Get your gardners to start maintain the backyard.

2. Don’t let Gulliver trampled the plants.

That’s all I asked you to do. Evidently, the tax season came

and both you and Sheri worked 16 hours a day, leaving

Gulliver for himself in the back yard. Well, he is just a dog,

he like to be anywhere in the backyard……plants or not,

he don’t care.

Your maintenance gardners, I think are one of the worst I’ve

Seen. And then after a month, when finally this job is about

To end - disaster stroked - and you are responsible for this

Damage, not me.

So of course you tried “to give me guilt” since the job took

so long, you thought maybe I should replant the backyard for free.

It’s true that the job took very long, we had also a lot of problems

With the city of Agoura Hills, and we managed to work out

All the disagreements between us.

And here we stand, two inches away from the end……

All your stories about me paying people to tell about

myself good things, and that you overpaid me $10k, and

what I did with this money - this you can tell here on the

internet, where you don’t have to look to anyone in the eye….

If you will give me a permission, I will put the pictures from

The beginning of the job through all the phases, including the

I wonder if you put new plants after all that, if you kept

Greenview Landscaping stole our money and then moved to Israel with a new business name.. Greenview Landscaping (Amit) stole large amounts of money, didn't finish the job and used our funds to relocate to Israel. Greenview Landscaping now has a new name "Fogli e Fiori landscape". He has posted pictures of all of his L.A. projects on his new website, some at least without permission. Good luck to those who are owed money.... This has been such a terrible and dishonest experience....

Landscaping AVOID. Did not honor warranty/ Lier!!!! I have dead tress, that need to be replaced. DO NOT USE HIM!!!! He lies and steals.

What a terrible experience. Our experience has been exactly the same at these other two previous reviews. Its too bad we did not look into these websites for reviews before hand. We gave Amit money to "help out his family in Israel" only to find out no such family exists...We checked his references and they checked out fine but now we have to suspect that he paid these people to say good things. Our $75,000 job went far beyond a year longer than it should have and finally we had to engage others to wrap it up. We paid Amit more than $10,000 over what we were obligated for and he left the job with at least $8,000 of uncompleted work. He is a nice guy but he lies and he does not show up. He does not supervise and then the job has to be re-done at the owners expense. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Ditto. We had the same experience as the prior posting...great salesmanship but no follow through. No supervision of the subs, didn't complete the job, and won't return phone calls. We've had to finish the job ourselves. It's a shame too, as we've had many people comment on how good it is looking and would like a referral.

Not the service we signed up for....... Though our project started out quickly and on a positive note, it quickly fell south:

Job has taken more than double the time originally quoted (currently in 14th week, vs. 6-8 week total window);

Work is contracted out to third parties and not supervised properly;

Poor work product with many avoidable mistakes: Paving prior to laying irrigation and electrical, for instance;

Mismanaging of funds: Though we initially paid Amit directly as stated on the contract, he then spent our funds without following through on the service being paid for and was left with no money to either pay his crew, or pay us back. This happened twice (yes we know, shame on us);

Some workers that were contracted out were extremely messy and disruptive to neighborhood (being noisy at extremely early hours and leaving large piles of garbage in the street);

No restroom was provided for workers, which led to them visiting neighbors yards, etc.

Overall, we have had to do the majority of the follow-through and supervision of various crews. Furthermore, Amit does not take notes and would later try to charge us via "change order" for items that we had reminded him were to be completed in initial conversations. Greenview Landscaping promises in writing "correct installation", which has not happened and has not been corrected. We are currently looking for another landscaper to correct the damage done and to complete the job.
